Stayed at this familiar hotel again. On the edge of the national road, there are heavy trucks on the road, opposite the industrial area, there is nothing next to the hotel, and there is a lonely existence. But the hotel is a different scene, every detail is exquisite, there is a swimming pool on the basement floor, and there is a gym and a karaoke hall upstairs. It is so incompatible and alternative to the surrounding environment. What kind of lonely existence is this?

Every time I go to Shenmu, I live here. The room is good, clean and tidy, the price is reasonable, the parking is more convenient, it is also very close to our factory, very good residence, and it is convenient to eat nearby.

AAnonymous User這家酒店算是我們此次行程住宿中最有亮點的酒店了，如果不是服務中的幾個細節讓人感到不好，肯定是全五星好評！
硬件環境:酒店很有設計感，從設計到硬裝，業主肯定是花了不少心思的！酒店的區位很好，旁邊同檔次酒店也挺多，做出自己特色很重要！
客房配置:對於入住酒店，每次開門那刻起就喜歡先查看一遍，這家酒店的布草、洗護液體、床頭電話、熱水壺等用品很加分的！兩百多的房價帶早餐，房間配置還很高級，令人滿意！
酒店服務:有了好的硬件配置，服務就是關鍵了。入住過程中有兩個小插曲:一.準備刷牙時，發現洗漱盒裡衹有刮鬍刀個護理包！打電話給前台，開始還不信，多次強調後給安排送來了。二.洗漱盆的水不下漏，還有煙頭煙絲從排水孔裏浮上來，打了多次電話才接通，派了個女服務員上來處理，拿起我用過的牙刷就是捅，下水孔裏竟然撬出三個瓶蓋，其他雜物被捅下去了，疏通好了，那服務員接了個呼叫轉身就走，下水孔蓋子沒蓋，三個瓶蓋和牙刷也沒收拾，這波操作看的人就很不舒服。 早餐不錯，建議酒店用密胺的餐具不要印酒店logo。
之所以對這這些細節在意，是對這個酒店期待挺高，希望以後做的更好！業主花心思投入大量成本把硬件打造好了，如果運維人員的管理服務意識不到位，評價經濟時代很容易就競品打敗！

YYishanzhuangzi真的很意外，很有性價比的一家酒店，空間大，乾淨整潔，交通方便，酒店下面的羊雜也挺好，最後一晚在酒店吃的神木特色美食也挺好，超有性價比。
