I booked this hotel during the May Day holiday and stayed for two days. I felt really good. The check-in was fast, and a lady served me black tea. After that, she helped me take my luggage to the room, introduced a series of value-added services of the hotel, and took the initiative to add contact information to facilitate the service and give us a better experience. A fruit plate will be delivered to the room every afternoon. If you need a humidifier, foot bath bucket, milk, bread, etc., you can tell the front desk, and it will be delivered to the room at any time. The lady will ask me every day if I need anything or sweet soup. I was really touched by their service. When I checked out, they also gave me souvenirs and mineral water. I was really satisfied.

The experience was great! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the smiling service at the front desk warmed my heart, and check-in and check-out were efficient and convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was tidy, and the bathroom was bright and spotless. It can be seen that the cleaning was extremely careful. The hotel is strategically located and conveniently located next to the city center, surrounded by shopping, dining and entertainment facilities. It is within walking distance to Lanzhou's famous Yellow River style line and enjoys the beautiful scenery on both sides of the Yellow River. The design of the hotel is modern and warm, the lobby is spacious and bright, and the decoration is elegant, giving people a comfortable feeling.
The rooms are spacious, well laid out and decorated in a simple and atmospheric style. The room is fully equipped, the beds are soft and comfortable, and the pillows are rich to ensure a good quality of sleep. The bathroom is clean and spacious, with high-end toiletries. The first time I came to Lanzhou, I chose a hotel in the scenic area. It was very close to the high-speed rail station, so I chose this hotel. After entering the lobby, it was better than I expected. I checked in at the front desk. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic and shared the delicious beef noodles in the surrounding area. She also upgraded me to the starry sky room for free. The experience was very comfortable, and she took the initiative to add my WeChat and sent me the surrounding beautiful scenery and snacks. She was very enthusiastic to send the room wifi and wifi password. Just copy and paste it directly without manual. The room was equipped with goodnight drinks in advance. Entering the room felt like returning home, very warm and thoughtful. The lady also informed the room that there was a glass skylight above the bed in the upgraded starry sky room, which could be opened with a remote control. The lady always maintained a gentle and sweet smile, very friendly, and the details were in place. She guided me to the elevator and went to the room to inform me of the facilities and equipment in the room. The room has good lighting, and the floor heating is turned on in winter, so the room is very warm. I stayed here for 2 nights. It was very convenient to go out and walk around. The location, transportation and window view are not to mention, it is very convenient to go anywhere. With such poor transportation in Lanzhou, it only takes ten minutes to take a taxi from Shengbo/West Station (if you call a taxi online, don’t choose a taxi, as you will be picky and not picked up). The hotel The floor-to-ceiling windows have a great view outside, but the soundproofing of the doors and windows is average. You can hear the door closing next door and the Qin opera downstairs.
The comfort and service are also good. I was originally warned that the room type I stayed in might be cold, but when I set the air conditioner to 27 degrees, it would even get hot at night. Although I couldn't watch the TV, it was nice to have drinks for me.
The breakfast can only be said to be quite satisfactory. There are all hot dishes, cold dishes, desserts, fruit porridge and freshly made food, but the taste is average.
The only dissatisfaction is in the bathroom. There is a problem with the angle of the shower head on the ceiling. Water will pour out of the bathroom door. The sealing effect of the door is not very good, so after taking a shower, the whole bathroom will be filled with water.
After moving in, I habitually wiped the toilet seat with alcohol wipes, but found that some traces can be wiped off. This is very scary! !
Of course, what was even scarier was that I was sleeping in the room during the day, and I kept having nightmares because of the Qin Opera downstairs. The guest room even swiped its card to enter the room and stood at my bedside and asked me, ”Where are you sleeping? Do you want to add water?”
I felt as if the lid of a humidifier had been opened... Although it was later clarified that she followed the operating procedures and knocked on the door and asked before coming in, it was still very scary.

GGuest UserThe main draw of this hotel is the location and leisure facilities. If you like to keep fit or need to get fit - then this is a perfect hotel for that - as you can integrate it into your trip whether it be for business or holiday. The pool and gym are the most impressive facilities I’ve come across in a hotel. If you can’t swim I’m sure there are lessons available which would be a great thing to do no matter the purpose of your trip.
Thought the room was comfortable enough but I suppose if you weren’t using the hotel facilities you may feel it’s overpriced - we didn’t think this because we used the excellent pool and gym.
We had a couple of cocktails in the lounge bar that were excellent and the service in the hotel was very attentive.

GGuest UserThe location is really convenient. The front desk staff is patient and enthusiastic, and will answer any inquiries. It is very close to the Pedestrian Street, Zhongshan Iron Bridge, Baita Temple (Baita Mountain Park), Lanzhou Forest of Steles, within walking distance. We went down the mountain and took a sheepskin raft and ate at the Asiya Xiguan restaurant. There is Watsons downstairs in the hotel, and I added lip balm, and the northwest is still quite dry. The hawthorn candied haws at the candied haws store at the door is delicious, and the sugar is crunchy. The sugar of this kind of candied haws in Suzhou is sticky. It should be enough to stay for two nights, and you can also go to Zhengning Night Market. We flew from Dunhuang to Lanzhou, and stayed near the airport for the first night. Afterwards, we felt that we should have stayed here on Zhangye Road for the first night. Another thing is that there is a Michelle Ice City store on the sheepskin raft. Next to it is a specialty store. It is really cheaper than the ones on the highway or in the airport. Very solid. I didn't think about buying cigarettes until I arrived at the airport. Lanzhou Jixiang sold for 32 packs at the airport, and 25 packs outside. It sells for 28 outside the Three Fortress, and 40 at the airport.

AAnonymous UserThe most satisfactory hotel I stayed in. There is a park opposite, which is very good for walking and morning exercise. The front desk service attitude is very good and friendly. The room arranged according to the needs of the guests is very comfortable. Angel Coco helps to guide the elevator. The room is clean and warm, with complete facilities and a reasonable layout. The shower and toilet are separated into dry and wet areas, and there is no odor. There are many restaurants near the hotel, and it is very convenient to order takeout with robots. The hotel is in a prime location, and the transportation is very convenient. There is a bus station opposite, and the airport bus will stop. The crystal chandelier and Silk Road tapestry in the lobby are very beautiful. The hotel breakfast is rich and varied, delicious, and I really recommend staying there.

CCHENG HEONGI stayed 5 nights at this hotel. It is located right across from the Lanzhou train station. The area is very busy with a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. It is very easy to use the subway right next to the train station to go around the city. There's also a bus terminal right next to the subway station.

WWitidaI recommend everyone to stay here especially if this is the first time you come to Lanzhou. The hotel located on 9th-10th floor in Yaou department store, opposite of Xiguan subway station. You take the lift of the department store and go directly to the 9th floor to check-in. The staff didn't speak English or some could a little but they would help you kindly and politely. When we asked for doing laundry they did it for us for free. The room was clean and cosy. Since the hotel is in the center of the district you can find everything you need and the zhongshan bridge is about 5 mins on foot.

GGuest UserThe room was great! The sunset is beautiful! The toiletries are also very beautiful~The breakfast is simple but delicious. There is free drinking water and drinks in the refrigerator in the room. If the water is not enough, you can boil tap water to drink. The guy at the front desk said that they all have water purifiers and they themselves boil the water to drink. The dinner ordered at the hotel was also delicious~ It is strongly recommended that every tourist stay for one night so that you can feel the joy of enjoying the beautiful scenery exclusively (if you don't count other guests).

GGuangfeijiudianDuring my recent trip to Lanzhou, I was fortunate enough to experience an accommodation that was both convenient and comfortable. It was only a 10-minute walk from Lanzhou Railway Station, which made me feel unprecedentedly convenient. From price to service, from facilities to environment, every detail reflects its high cost performance and quality service.
After I arrived at Lanzhou Railway Station, I easily found this hotel according to the booking information. Although the appearance of the hotel is not eye-catching, walking inside feels like entering another world. The rooms are warmly and elegantly decorated, and every place is full of life. Especially the heated toilet makes me feel extremely comfortable and warm in the cold weather.
It is worth mentioning that the hotel's service attitude is very good. When checking in, the staff was not only warm and considerate, but also proactively asked me if I had any special needs. When I asked for a quiet room, they very thoughtfully arranged a room for me away from the elevators and common areas. What surprised me even more was that they upgraded my room for free, which gave me an unprecedented noble experience.
In terms of facilities, the hotel also does a great job. The facilities in the room are all brand new, clean and tidy, giving people a feeling of being at home. Especially the bed, it is soft and comfortable, allowing me to have a sweet dream every night. The hotel also provided free Wi-Fi and breakfast, which made me feel like home during my trip.
In terms of environment, although the hotel is slightly not soundproof, it did not affect my stay experience. After all, it’s not easy to find a completely soundproof accommodation in the heart of the city. Moreover, the hotel's sound insulation effect is much better than many similar accommodation places.
