The hot water for bathing is not hot at all. I called the front desk and said that it didn't feel hot after running the water for 10 minutes. I guess there may be a problem with the room. It's not a problem to hope that it can be improved to instant heat.

The hotel air conditioner is not working but staff is so co operative and caring but my room was so hot due to hotel air conditioner was under in maintenance.

To be honest, I felt pretty good at first. The room was clean and in a good location, close to the highway. The room was of a suitable size. But I asked them to deliver the paper in the morning. I said I was in a hurry. I waited for a long time and asked again. They said they would deliver it after 8:30. Although they did deliver it later, I went downstairs at 2:30 in the morning and told your front desk that you would deliver the coupon paper to me when you were at work the next day. You said you would start work at 7:30. I said you could just leave it at the door. I didn't call because I was afraid of disturbing your rest. I could deliver it the next day. Not only did they not deliver it, but they waited for a long time without asking and didn't tell me it would be 8:30. I clearly said I was in a hurry. I have a lot of complaints. The room is ok and the location is indeed suitable.

The hotel has a 4-seater sightseeing bicycle that can be used for free, but it is only allowed on the road outside the hotel. I found a 2-seater bicycle on the trail along the lake. I rode while enjoying the scenery of the lake that is better than Jiangnan, and I felt happy. The hotel also gave fish food for free. After riding back, the children fed the fish by the pool in the courtyard. The beautiful holiday life ended easily and happily~
