Excellent location, breakfast very good. Spa area nice too. Only snag is that we requested ice to our room , they told us that they would to chargeable.

This hotel has some very questionable, shady practices in regards to how they do business. The price of the hotel was comparable to staying a night at Palm Jumierah, Dubai, but it has none of the perks. The area is quiet, but the hotel itself is not up to date, the people that work there are particularly cold and rude to guests.

An excellent hotel . Food very fresh and all staff friendly. Hotel is of a high standard. There are lots of activities you can do there. There is a ****** if you like to have a bet. The rooms are very clean and very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

Not really sure why anyone would want to stay on the ghost town side of famagusta, hardly a ‘holiday’ destination when your view is derelict hotels & properties? Really not nice at all. Hotel dated Views awful - fence along the beach cordoning off the ghost town and areas damaged by the war in 1974.

I was dubious coming to the hotel due to some of the reviews, however, I didn't need to worry. The staff have been amazing and the cleanliness in and around the hotel amazing. I would have given 5 stars, however a few things maybe the hotel can review for others 1 - either soundproof the rooms (which isn't easy) or maybe supply earplugs. 2 nights we've been woken by inconsiderate guests speaking extremely loudly at 3am! 2 - food needs to be hotter. Luke warm soup etc really isn't nice 3 - the dogs.. as lovely as they are, none have been neutered and guess nature takes its toll. I did advise reception as there will be 6/8 more pups in 9 weeks or so. Hopefully they can get her to the vets in time A day can be spent 5 minutes walk in Varooşa, amazing but sombre to see the after effect from the war.

Adanın en güzel denizine sahip. fiyat performansına göre ***et iyi, çalışanlar son derece hürmetli, yardımsever ve profesyonel olarak hizmetvermekteler. özellikle yaş almış ve çocuklu ailelerin rahat edebileceği, muhteşem kumsalı ve denizine sahip oteli herkese öneririm. bahçe katı rezv yapmıza rağmen müsailik oldugu için deniz manzaralı oda tahsis ettiler. yorumlarda yazıldığı gibi olumsuz hiç bir durumla karşılaşmadık aksine herkes çok kibar. yemek çok fazla çeşitli değil belki ama yeterli miktarda ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılıyor. Belki içecekler otel fiyatına dahil edilerek servis edilebilir. teşekkürler

It’s very pricey for what it actually is. The staff are lovely, especially Nazar who was an affable and friendly chap, however this hotel does not represent value for money. The facilities are very basic and this is reflected in the rooms and amenities. The dining, although acceptable, is nothing to write home about. The pool is very basic and there is very little for the children to do. I am also confused about the beaches, which people seem to love, but I found to be nice but not spectacular. Either I missed the point of this hotel or people have unnecessarily hyped it up. This felt like a very basic IBIS type hotel that happens to be in Cyprus. Considering what they charge, I think the Arkin needs to step it up.
