Sadly I cannot think of anything positive to say about this very tired establishment . On entering the bar the first thing that hits you is the smell along with the very dirty carpet and bar stalls . I was informed that the place has not undergone any refurbishment for over 20 years and it shows . Staff lacked any sparkle and enthusiasm . The only asset was the lovely view from outside . Overall an extremely poor experience and undoubtedly the most run down and uninspiring pub in Falmouth .

An absolutely lovely stay. We staude for four nights. A very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hospitality of this pub/Inn is high class. Very friendly and helpful staff. The food is excellent and the rooms are clean and cosy. Go to this pub

Great local pub for drinks with friends. Visited with a group of friends on a busy Friday night, managed to squeeze into a table helped by kind barman, then we took over some other space and had a nice night will seek to return before new owners take over

Seaview Inn Falmouth Authentic Friendly Pub with rooms We stayed here so that we could spend some time in Falmouth for a cheeky weekend away!! What a find!! A proper old fashioned pub with some rooms and with a fabulous cheerful friendly West Country welcome and hospitality. The rooms are a bit on the snug side but well appointed clean and with all the facilities you need for a weekend away. The views lived up to the pubs name with a great panoramic across the water and harbour. (see pictures) The pub is located about a third of a mile up from the Harbourside but remember it's uphill back!!! (Top tip - There is a route to the shops down a set of steps path/green and alley immediately opposite) The pub itself is warm and cosy with a roadside outdoor seating area There is no parking at the pub which they stated clearly on the website and it's a lottery to get a space close to the pub (it's street parking and free) Top tip: with some patience we got a space after about 15 minutes It's a proper classic local pub that serves a high standard of pub food and classic favourites. It was packed when we arrived but they got us checked in quick and we managed to bag a table to order some food. We decided to have our dinner here on our first nights stay The pub menu was on a chalkboard with all the usual pub classic suspects but also choices like Hake with a chorizo and bean sauce. We had the steak and Ale pie which was home made and delicious. This is a popular pub with locals and students so you will get a bit of noise until closing time - The best bet is to join in !!! Breakfast was served in a breackfast room on the first floor They served fresh coffee and Orange juice In addition there was home made jams and marmalades which I particularly enjoyed and can recommend. We had a cooked breakfast on our first days stay which was really well cooked and poached eggs the next day again all very nice thank-you very much Tony So if you are looking for a reasonably priced B&B for the weekend or so, close to the town offering great food, friendly hospitality and a fantastic old style pub vibe then the Seaview the Landlord Paul and all his crew are for you

Super clean and comfy room. Even though the rooms are directly above the pub, it's not noisy. The breakfast is enormous! Won't need to eat for the rest of the day. Walking distance to the town and the sea. Definitely stay there again.

I picked this site for my visit to the Isle of Wight without doing much research, and I feel almost as though I won the lottery. The staff was helpful before I arrived, and very kind and supportive as soon as I arrived. In my three day, two night stay, I had two incredibly fantastic dinners and two fabulous breakfasts. The meals were outstanding and the servers were friendly and helpful, The room was accessible and comfortable. I have had a wonderful time in the UK, and the Isle of Wight is a real high point, largely due to my time at the Seaview Inn!
