酒店很新，但是保養一般，屬於檔次比較低端那種。前台態度不太耐煩，多問一句都不願答。網速慢，很卡。早餐供應時間不長，所以沒有吃。

Overall a nice hotel, located in the Garden State of New Jersey. It is worth mentioning that there is a very popular Italian restaurant on the first floor of the hotel. In the evening, many people come to eat and drink, which is very lively and relaxing. The hotel does not have dry cleaning services, but there is a self-service paid laundry room. The breakfast is average and the facilities inside the room are relatively new. It is highly recommended for business travel. But for room cleaning services, you have to notify the front desk yourself, otherwise they will not come to clean.

We traveled from Massachusetts for a wedding this past weekend. We were met by the most amazing Nadia Williams at the front desk, she greeted us with a friendly smile and helped us get into a room early knowing we had just traveled 5+ hours to get to the hotel and had to get ready for the wedding. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and welcoming the employees of this establishment are helpful and kind. Definitely recommend this hotel if you are in the area and need a place to stay.

An older hotel that has been updated and very well taken care of. You are greeted by a beautiful lobby with a full restaurant when you walk in. The rooms seemed to be average to above average size, and have been recently renovated. The hotel is in a convenient spot too.

This was our second experience here and we were pleased both times. Our suite was sparkling clean, amazingly spacious and very comfortable. It was a Saturday night stay which did have 2 downsides: the price was a bit high7 I p for a Hampton Inn and the late night noise in the hallway from wedding guests was disturbing. A couple of small missing items in the room would be appreciated by travelers. One of these is a cheap laundry bag in the closet. The other 2 small bars of soap rather than only one.

I was traveling for business with myself and 4 others for a conference. A different local hotel was the conference hotel and it was HORRIBLE - so much so that most conference attendees had left. I frantically called Hampton Inn & Suites and the manager Ryan told me "no worries, come here and we'll take great care of you all" and he was SO RIGHT! Once we arrived, Ryan and Dexter eased my nerves and went out of their way to secure us accommodations for our group of 5 people at 11pm in the evening. They were SO AMAZING! The facility is beautiful, clean, and I truly cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff are and what exemplary customer service they provide. THANK YOU Ryan and Dexter!

This place is beautiful! We had a block of rooms for our wedding guests for the night of my sons wedding. The lobby and bar area is clean and upbeat. The staff is friendly and pleasant. Rooms are spotless and beds are so comfortable. We had an after party at the bar and the bartender was friendly and knew how to make a good drink. The only complaint I have is, I had delivered our guests thank you bags so they could be handed out at check-in and they forgot to give the last 4 out. I saw them sitting on the counter behind the desk and had to find out who didn't get one and give it to them. Otherwise we will refer this hotel to any out of town friends.
