The location of this hotel is excellent! Lovely, quiet area and close to the cathedral and high street. The room was well appointed with a very comfortable bed and the best pillows I’ve experienced in all my travels. The room had a kettle for tea and coffee and a hair dryer. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. If you choose to have breakfast out, try the Cosy Club next door for a quirky atmosphere and delicious food!

Always choose Premier Inns whenever we travel the Uk, as always clean, modern and friendly service.
One thing and one thing only……no toilet brush in toilet!!!

Stayed for two night stay Standard premier inn - good and clean, decent sized room and friendly staff Less than 10 minutes walk to cathedral so very central Parking is not offered on site - there are car parks within a few minutes walk which are rather expensive. There is free parking in the adjoining streets if you are just staying over night and can leave before 8am

No car park at this hotel so make sure you check as I hadn't. That was my fault. Car parking elsewhere was expensive and a walk away. Food choice was limited Rooms were expensive Hotel signage not very clear unless you happen to look down the side street the hotel is on.

It was exactly like all the premier inn so have been to before, that’s why I always pick them, you know what you are getting. Centrally located, lots of pubs and restaurants close, not too far to the quay area which is well worth a visit. Close to Cathedral and city centre. Great experience, I ate out so cannot review the restaurant other than for breakfast, which was hot varied and quick.

Room stank of mould the minute you walked in - the fan was filthy too. Made the Manager aware and not confident in his ability to investigate issue. Room shouldn’t be available until carpets cleaned and drainage checks done. A really poor experience in the dining room too - buffet not topped up. Sort out your issues!

I recently stayed at the Premier Inn Exeter City Centre and had a great experience. The service was excellent—friendly and efficient—and the rooms were spotless and comfortable. I would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Exeter! Great service in the restaurant from Adriana and Deep on breakfast!

I had a wonderful stay at the Premier Inn Exeter City Centre. The staff were attentive and provided fantastic service, and the room was very clean and well-kept. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay in Exeter! Definitely will be coming back !

I had a great stay at Premier Inn Exeter City Centre, especially thanks to the breakfast and dinner. Breakfast offered a fantastic variety, from fresh pastries to a full English, all delicious and well-prepared. Dinner was equally impressive, with tasty, well-portioned meals and a cozy atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, making both meals a highlight of the stay. Highly recommend!
