Ο γάμος μας στο **Vlassis Hotel** ήταν μια αξέχαστη εμπειρία! Η Μαρία, που διαχειρίζεται το ξενοδοχείο, την ταβέρνα και το beach bar, μας έκανε να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Το γλέντι του γάμου ήταν υπέροχο, το φαγητό πεντανόστιμο και όλα ήταν ακόμα καλύτερα απ’ ό,τι είχαμε ονειρευτεί. Ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ και στον Χρήστο για τα φανταστικά κοκτέιλ και την άψογη εξυπηρέτηση στο beach bar. Ευχαριστούμε από καρδιάς για τις μοναδικές στιγμές που ζήσαμε!

Κατανοώ ότι μπορεί να υπάρξει βλάβη στον κλιματισμό αναπασα στιγμή.δεν κατανοώ όμως και δεν δικαιολογώ την απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά των υπαλλήλων.ταξιδεψα 2 ωρες με 8 μηνων μωρο στον καύσωνα για να καταληξω σε δωμάτιο με ανεμιστήρα λόγω βλάβης του κλιματισμού.εκλεισα 3 βραδια και έφυγα την ίδια μέρα.ενα συγνώμη θα ήταν αρκετό αλλά η κυρια δεν ήξερε τι να πρωτοπεί.στην αρχή δεν ήξερα να το δουλεύω μετά ήταν παγωμένο το δωμάτιο και κατέληξε στο ότι έπρεπε να καθαριστούν τα φίλτρα,πράγμα απαράδεκτο και βλαβερό για το μωρο.και σαν να μην εφτανε αυτο υπεθεσε οτι επρεπε να πληρωσω και τη μιση διαμονη.παλι καλα η υπευθυνη το αφησε ως εχει το θεμα.θα ξανακανα προσπάθεια να παω αν άλλαζε το προσωπικό!
