A direct bus from Hiroshima Airport to Kure arrives opposite to the hotel. There is a hotel in front of you, but you will go up to the second floor of the station and get off by the elevator of the communication passage. The return was more difficult, and there was no down escalator at Kure station, and I lifted my suitcase and got off the stairs. This is not a hotel side problem, Kure station is bad, but there is a problem with access. The hotel has a meaningless automatic check-in machine depending on the example, and it takes a lot of time. The shower is difficult to adjust the temperature, and it feels strangely cold even if hot water is put in the bathtub. However, the free breakfast is very good, betraying the expectation. There are many guests, including foreigners, whether the evaluation becomes good because the breakfast is good. I think it is the best location for Yamato Museum.

There is a one-way road from the station. There are shopping malls, supermarkets and restaurants near the station. You can go to the Yamato Museum Haizi Museum Pier through the trestle bridge, which is very convenient. The front desk attitude is very good. Older hotel but fairly clean. The windows can be opened for ventilation. The TV is small and there are not many channels to watch. There are only three paid channels and you can’t fast forward. The wifi connection password of the room you stayed in is wrong, but you can connect to other rooms, which is strange.

Good points: 1. Location is amazing since it’s right on the island and everything is within walking distance. 2. We had breakfast and supper included in the stay. Food was varied and plentiful for most palates. Plenty of fruit and veg too. 3. Staff for 98% of the time was great. Language barriers are expected. Google translate is a perfect alternative to the translation issue. The front desk staff were awesome and was extremely helpful. 4. Room is spacious for a traditional Japanese hotel. We had our own onsen which was delightful. The beds were mostly comfortable and we had two full mattresses pushed together creating a massive king! 5. Once you enter the hotel you must take off your shoes and the hotel provides house slippers which generally fit most people. The lobby has shoe cubbies for your shoes. They do not lock, but Japan has very little petty theft so you don’t need to fret over potential thievery. Negative points: 1. This is of no fault of the hotel, rather it’s a Google maps problem. Be aware Google maps will basically have you climb the mountain and drag your suitcase through a dirt path. Instead put in the Miyajima post office and with the water to your right, turn up to the small road with the post office to your back. Keep going straight for about 2.5 city blocks and you’ll walk right into the hotel. Much easier than the 40 minute hike we took. 2. Restaurant staff on the whole were great. Only issue was this morning when we went to breakfast this morning and tried to sit in our usual table, the staff tried to sit us with some other people. I asked if we could sit at a different table and the individual said no and walked away. We didn’t know these people they tried to sit us with. However, they were tourists like us. I was frustrated because the staff member just walked away from us when I was still speaking to him. Very rude! 3. The toilet room smelled really bad. It was a combination of mold and chemicals.

Great location by the Inland Sea, and for departures to Miyajima Island, but 30 minutes from the city highlights.
Club Lounge food choices were poor - little variety, and very plain. No Japanese choices.
Buffet was great, in a top floor location with an amazing view.

I stayed overnight on a girl trip. The room was very clean and the customer service was very good. The morning and dinner were half buffet, but the midnight snack was very delicious with steak and seafood teppanyaki. I was happy to have beer, soft drink ice cream, etc. for free after the bath, and the free rental of yukata was great. However, if I only say one thing, there was no free transfer from the station → Hotel after 19:00, so I headed to the hotel after a night cruise, but there was no taxi at all and I walked to the hotel. Heading to I was quite tired. I would be happy if there was a free transfer until a little later.

Fantastic hotel, opened just 9 months ago, still smells new. Located 10 minute bus trip from Hiroshima station and 15 minute walk from the peace museum/park. Stayed in beautiful one bedroom suite on 21st floor (second highest). Great view of the city through panoramic windows. Staff very friendly, engaging in small talk, specially when they see you are wait for example at the reception. Great breakfast choice, egg station. You can order to table some extra drinks like mango juice and waffles. Executive lounge located on 22nd floor, also great views. Lounge looking nice, with tables quite cramped. As far as food is concerned, I think one of the best Hilton lounges I recall. Choice of number of small sandwiches, cheese, cold meats, salads, beef stew, sweets etc. Swimming pool, dry sauna and large jacuzzi available.

It is a modern hotel with a rebranded feeling. The interior is also renovated beautifully, but I was also worried that it was sacrificed by several concept priorities. The front desk is on the top floor, but there are few elevators, so people who go to the front desk and people who go to the room are always waiting. There is no front desk staff in the midnight zone, and when I checked out at AM5 to catch an early morning flight, there is no key recovery box that I heard that it was installed in 1F, and it is wasted to the front desk on the top floor and back in the back I was excused by the sleeping staff who would have been sleeping, and I couldn't feel it from the morning. 1F is a fashionable Italian restaurant, and there are many uses other than hotel users, but there is no accommodation privilege, and there are a large number of insects in the plant near the open table outside.
Great care is taken to ensure guests experience comfort through top-notch services and amenities. Remain linked during your visit by utilizing the complimentary internet access available.Parking is accessible, supplied by the hotel for guests who arrive by car. During your visit, indulge in a range of delightful culinary choices at hotel to enhance your experience. Snack vending machines operate around the clock, providing you with easy access to treats regardless of the hour.

A mysterious hotel like a central blowout, between a condominium and a business hotel. Not Wi-Fi as you comment. Others have large liquid crystal televisions, dryers, room coolers, and the minimum necessary is available. The window was not a net door, and the insect was scared and hesitated to open. Breakfast is not many items, especially Hiroshima specialty, but it is usually delicious.

I'd say the nicest hotel I've stayed in during my two weeks in Japan. The hotel is a 10min walk from the station. Rooms are comfortable and have enough room for luggage.
On my last night I wanted to take advantage of the onsen. Two of the younger members of staff were hesitant to allow me access. They brought to my attention the on-site rules which highlight that it would be unsuitable for people with tattoos (I have several large visible ones) to use the onsen. I do not remember this being highlighted on the trip.com website, otherwise I would not have booked. However another female member of staff (presumably the manager) intervened and stated because I was from overseas it should not be a problem. I really did enjoy my time using the spring baths. ¥150 well spent. Thanks again to her 😊

Outstanding
GGuest UserI was able to relax in a clean room. It was a bit of a hassle to go to the bath. The lounge was well-equipped and I could relax and have a drink. The view was great, with the sea right in front of me, so it was also good for a walk. Overall, it was a relaxing hotel.
GGuest UserA small hotel that looks like it is built on the sandy beach. It was smaller than I expected, but all the staff were very pleasant and easy to spend. The ”large bath” is about the size of a small bath. But thanks to the weekday, there were few people staying, and it was large enough for the three people who were present to use it. The large window facing the sea was pleasant. Looking only at the photos of the 8 tatami Japanese-style room, the room looked very old and narrow, but in reality the front door was quite large, there was a space with chairs by the window, and there was a wide edge. I was able to spend comfortably without such a murmur impression. The futon is a simple type to lay out by yourself. Since it is only a mat, it may not be enough for those who like fluffy. My house was enough. I thought that BBQ was hard in the hot weather, so I looked over the indoor restaurant and chose an octopus-made kaiseki, but it was served at an open cafe-style restaurant on the first floor. However, the sea breeze was comfortable, and the meal while watching the sunset with a magnificent red and purple view was unexpectedly wonderful, and it was definitely a better experience than eating at an indoor restaurant. My son, who had finished eating earlier, was having fun on the swing of a tree on the beach and on a bench. The octopus and sashimi taken on Edajima were fresh and delicious, and it took a lot of time and effort overall, and the tempura was also hot 々 and it was very delicious. The children's set is also quite volume and satisfied. The sea was transparent, but unfortunately there were many garbage flowing from somewhere, probably because it was in the afternoon. But the sandy beach seemed to be cleaned every morning and was beautiful. Weekdays & Due to the influence of Corona, the sea is almost reserved for only a few families. It was a pity that the banana boat wasn't moving or there were no food stalls, but it was unavoidable. Hiroshima citizens are happy that such a nice resort is very close to the city. Edajima, Uminos, I definitely want to go again someday!
