Acabo de volver de Elba mi opinión que tiene una estrella de mas . La recepción muy bien a la llegada una copa de bienvenida y Juan nos atendió muy bien. La mayoría de camareros/as en la cena y desayuno muy estresados pero cuando pedí mi leche caliente sin lactosa me lo hicieron. Por la noche el Viernes 22 de Noviembre tardaron muchísimo en servir trajeron el primer plato y el pan a los 45 min. vimos a todos los camareros muy estresados. Pedimos 2 copas de sangria y de verdad me parecío muy caro cada copa a 11€. De los camareros tengo que dar un 10 a Tommy es muy agradable y por lo menos tiene una sonrisa todo el tiempo, hay otros que ni te saludan ni los buenos dias. Nos regalaron una ruta de Spa y nos gustó mucho. La habitación 240 no tiene sol en la terraza algo oscuro pero las habitaciones son amplias, tambien muchos mosquitos que me extraño en Noviembre normalmente no hay la limpiadora nos trajo un spray. Las limpiadoras todas muy símpaticas. Al final tiene muchas cosas buenas hay que mejorar un poquitin y pienso volver un dia.

Reading the reviews upon arrival im going to say I was a little worried but a bad review has never put us off! Yes this lovely hotel is grand and has it's own classic feel but I like that about this hotel it's not modern like what you get now. We arrived and got checked in very smoothly and also had a welcome drink along with an upgrade! Wow happy birthday to me! We got given a beautiful suite with amazing views to die for! A lounge too! The room was spotlessly clean and there is everything we needed. Kettle cups etc and complimentary toiletries provided by the hotel. The best was seeing we had a jacuzzi bath! 2 double sized beds together which was just amazing as my other half usually pushes me to the end of the bed! So, ample space! Balcony was massive with sunloungers if you desired to lie there and soak up the sun. The lobby bar was great the staff really make it here, big shout out to Nicoleta (sorry if I spelt your name wrong!) But she is very polite, happy and just so welcoming. She never stops! Well done keep up the hard work you are appreciated. We did try dinner here on our first night but in my opinion I'd like to see a little bit more choice for ala carte but that's again my own opinion. The food was very nice and thes staff here do whizz around to make sure you have everything you need! Lobby bar food is a great touch if your peckish too, good choice. It's so peaceful here just what we both needed for a few nights. I'll be back again to relax in a few months for definite 👍🏻

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cet hôtel, après avoir visité les sites principaux en Andalousie pendant une dizaine de jours. Quel bon choix pour se reposer au bord de la mer.Les jardins sont magnifiques avec diverses piscines,des lits extérieurs en étage donc superbe vue.Les 2 nuits nous ont permis de profiter 3 jours de jardin.Nous avons eu 3 jours de calme,personne autour de nous dans un des jardins,des chaises longues toujours disponibles avec des serviettes de plage très épaisses.Les kilomètres de promenade en bordure de mer est aussi très agréable.,par contre pas de restaurant ni de magasins autour.La plage est restée sauvage.
Nous avons été accueillis avec un verre de pétillant.J'avais demandé de préférence une chambre en étage élevé, nous étions donc au 5eme face à la mer.Notre demande avait donc bien été entendue...La chambre était spacieuse ainsi que la salle de bain (2
lavabos,baignoire.douche et toilette séparée). Très bonne literie.Une bouteilles d'eau offerte.
Au niveau du petit déjeuner nous avions beaucoup de choix,des produits de qualité,du jus d'orange frais ...en plus servi sur des nappes blanches et serviettes en tissu.(Merci de garder cette coutume.),le personnel toujours souriant...
Nous avons pris tous les repas au buffet, c'était correct.J'ai apprécié les poissons au choix,cuit à la plancha . J'avais réservé demi pension en même temps que la chambre
,en fait nous avons payé 10€ de moins par repas.
La décoration n'est pas jeune mais c'est propre.

De nuevo por este fantástico hotel, nunca falla. Y si por accidente alguna cosa no sale bien, su equipo humano lo soluciona al momento. Siempre con una sonrisa y eficientes. Muy recomendable en cualquier época del año. La piscina siempre a punto.

We had a great time. We had a huge room with large balcony, his & hers sinks, bath and separate walk in shower. Safe in room (no charge). Staff in all areas were very friendly & keen to please. Nice to have outdoor & indoor pool- towels provided for loungers. The spa is there but is an extra charge. Hairdresser also on site. Gym is free to access. We also used the Table tennis table. Some areas of decor are a little tired, which I why I think some people have commented that its not the 5* they expected. For us, the cleanliness & most of all the staff made it a great break. We had taxi transport from airport which took 1 hour.

This hotel is classed as a five star but needs considerable upgrading Our room which was a junior suite was very dated and a number of things were broken. The shower leaked so much it flooded the bathroom because there were no seals on the door. The vanity mirror was coming away from the wall and the actual mirror fell off. They did fix these two issues when we complained The air conditioning did not work in our room and when we complained they informed us that it was not working in any of the rooms in the hotel and told us to put on the ceiling fan to cool the room, which did not solve the issue. The light on the fan also did not work We had two loungers on the balcony but no cushions or towels for them so they couldn’t be used Plugs weren’t working and one of the switches next to the bed was broken Reception were very blasé about all the issues There saving grace was that the restaurants were excellent and the service in them very good However wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel as there are far superior ones at a cheaper price in the area Very disappointed with our stay there
