My review so this is still Una from Ireland. A sea facing room has a spacious balcony where one can sit in sun and later watch the beautiful sunset. The staff are lovely. There is no alcohol so no noise or rowdy guests. The only sound is the ocean waves. Alcohol is available nearby. I've stayed in this hotel many times and am here presently. The food isn't 5 star but you won't starve! The location is perfect. It has a rooftop terrace. Rooms 105 and 106 are very good with great views of the sea and the islands.

Not worth it voor het prijs
Cleaning team ongemotiveerd geen goeie werk niet vriendelijk en lui. 1ste kamer toilet vies: gevraagd weer schoon gemaakt niet dus + ouderwet badkamer. Kreeg andere kamer kleiner wc bijna schoon badkamer niewe maar zonder reken wc 1 meter van WC paper distributor...A joke. Geen discount voor het kleinere kamer. Eten is onder gemiddeld kwaliteit. Staff (buiten schoonmaak team) best hulpzaam

Bien placé, face à l'océan. Avec rooftop, cher et personnel peu aimable. A la réception c'est pareil, paire de bonshommes qui ricanent dès que les clients ont le dos tourné. Pas même 1 bouteille d'eau en chambre. Dommage, les chambres sont sympa, propres et bien faites chaque jour. Toutefois, literie trop trop ferme. Petit déjeuner avec du choix et personnel du matin sympa.

Le service est médiocre on dirait des débutants, serviettes non lavée malodorant, personnels négligeants, pas de climatisation des chambres ambiance non avenante triste, petit déjeuner presque comme celui d un internat....

Hotel très propres, Personnel super sympa, Avec le Charme de 20e siècle et le confort du 21e siècle correspond à un deux étoile en France, conforme à son descriptif rien à à dire au contraire Il faut y-allez, le Maroc tel que je l'ai connu dans les année 60/70, bien situé à dix minutes à pieds de la Médina, face à la mer, personnellement il vaut mieux être sur l'arrière afin de profiter du Vent(le tacos) seul bémol la nourriture Excellente mais peut varier Répétitive, Si non tout est bon

This was a poor excuse for a Caesar salad...basically chopped up processed turkey sausage instead of chicken with a side of mayo and vinaigrette and a boiled egg on top...terrible! Complained to the Manager who said it was the chef's day off!

Paid for a big room bathroom was old and wc to vomit, Asked for more cleaning got done in 2 sec and still dirty. Complained again got a smaller room for same price with a redone bathroom and WC almost cleaned. Cleqaning staff is odious does not have proper training to clean properly (i stayed there 5 nights....) watch videos on Youtune during their work hours sitting in guest rooms. Breakfst quatity uis there quality absent. Idem for buffet for dinner. and this is a 3 stars.... Only positive point: Reception desks the 3 employees I dealt with are smiling and do their best. A disappointment i would not recommend it even though it is very well located.... Further i had chosen this hotelfor the SPA... guess what working in progress closed and no inf. about it prior to booking...I don t date qualifying the concept....

Hôtel bien situé à Essaouira, face à la mer, et près de la médina... Accueil et réception déplorable, et attention...!! Les chambres standards n'ont pas de vue mer, comme ils laissent l'envisager sur les photos...!! Publicité mensongère...? Il est sur que du coup elles ne valent pas le prix demandé. Ces chambres sont petites, avec des vues sur les arrières un peu tristounets. La salle de bain est minimaliste, pas de climatisation, et bien sur pas de chauffage, Et cerise sur le gâteau, le petit-déjeuner est minable, réduit à un minimum vital. Indigne d'un quatre étoiles. Vous voilà prévenu....
