The rooms: dirty, the bathrooms smell like piss, the furniture is dirty and it seems like they don't brush it underneath. The gardens and pools are the best!!! The lifeguards: they keep looking at their phones, they don't notice anything!!! Entertainment: only one speaks Spanish!!! The boy wanted to go to the mini club and the girls say: we don't speak Spanish and that's it, they don't even care!!! If you're Italian you have no problem because only the Italians go!!! On the day of the mats the guy from the animation puts the plug of the extension cord right next to the pool!!! Thank goodness I told him so he doesn't make a mess!!! The dining room: as if there were no waiters!!! At 9 in the morning they already start to close the coffee machines!!! The cooks: only three of all the cooks there speak Spanish!!! My son has allergies and thanks to those three he was able to eat because if you asked the others they didn't understand you or know anything about allergies, they didn't bother to look at the ingredients (in that disappointing part). L’Esencia è una parte privilegiata del hotel Fuerteventura Princeps . Le stanze hanno tutte un piccolo balcone, sono spaziose e pulite. L’hotel ha tante piscine e una zona dedicata a soli adulti. Questa è veramente top con due piscine idromassaggio. Presenta 3 ristoranti, quello principale vicino alla reception, uno in zona Esencia e uno zona piscina ( ristorante Sotovento) . Quest’ultimo fa anche le colazioni tardive . Il cibo in tutti i ristoranti era buonissimo. Noi avevamo all inclusive . Presenti erogatori di bibite con bicchieri di plastica riutilizzabili. Inoltre in camera al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato due bottiglie di plastica per riempire l’acqua nei vari erogatori distribuiti in vari punti del hotel e zona piscina . Tutto l’ambiente molto pulito e curato. Consiglio di noleggiare un auto per visitare l’isola che è molto bella e selvaggia.

Das Esencia ist einfach traumhaft schön. Der Bereich ist sehr chillig. Man kann entweder einen entspannten Tag am beheizten Pool verbringen oder wenige Minuten vom Hotel am traumhaft schönen Strand verbringen. Man kann alle Mahlzeiten draußen mit schönen Blick einnehmen. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Tagsüber kommt ein Kellner am Pool und reicht Cocktails oder Sekt. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Ich war das 5x mal im Esencia und es war auch diesmal ein schöner Urlaub. Leider hat allerdings das "all inklusive plus/premium" sehr nachgelassen. Es gibt kein Wasser mehr auf den Zimmern, keine Flaschenweine mehr abends im Restaurant und viele Getränke sind nicht mehr inklusive. Das finde ich sehr schade, zumal die Preise auch heftig erhöht wurden. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir dieses mal das Sportprogramm im Esencia Bereich. Ob Aqua-Gym oder andere Yoga- und Bewegungskurse, das alles war super und es wurde sehr individuell auf die Bedürfnisse der Teilnehmer/innen eingegangen. Vielen Dank besonders an Marion, aber auch an den Rest des Gym-Teams.

Wir sind jetzt zum 7x in diesem Hotel Princess/Esencia Fuerteventura. Über die Jahre hat sich das Hotel gewandelt vom HP Hotel zum Familie AI+ Hotel. Dadurch haben Sich auch die Gäste geändert. Heute sind sehr viele Familien mit Kindern unterwegs und nutzen den AI+ Service . Leider hat darunter die Qualität des Hotels und die Qualität der Speisen und des Services sichtbar nachgelassen. Das wahrscheinlich durch Sparmaßnahmen an Mitarbeitern liegt!? Die vorhandenen Mitarbeitern sind freundlich und tun Ihr bestes, aber Sie sind zu wenige. Für uns wird es erstmal der letzte Urlaub gewesen sein im Esencia , werden mal was neues ausprobieren das nächste Mal auf Fuerteventura.
