Perfect place for a one night stay before flying out early in the morning. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. The water pressure for showering was not very good but it was a one night stay and we managed.

Clean hotel room and bathroom, friendly front desk and breakfast staff. Great food at the pub. A variety of choices for free breakfast, but restaurant in house to choose a hot breakfast. Great pool area. Close to so many things! Reasonable rates!

The pool was ice cold. If I knew how cold the pool was (and no hot tube) we would’ve went somewhere else. My kids couldn’t even swim. It was breath taking cold. Will never stay there bc again! Waste of money.

Upon checking in after 8:00 pm we were giving keys to a room that was still dirty. The front desk did move us to a clean room. However, housekeeping and the front desk need to have better communication.

Was give a dirty room at check-in . We arrived after 8:00 pm so it wasn’t like we were trying to get in early. The front desk did move us to a new clean room no problem.

The heat did not work very well at all in the room. The front desk responded to my inquiry that they had been having heating problems in Room 224 and gave me two blankets......it's winter in Escanaba Michigan! Tough stay with not much heat.
