The electricity in the bathroom was out. The building itself was not new, but other than that I was satisfied with my stay. The water was so bad that you could tell just by gargling, so it's best not to drink it. There was also a pool and we could see a flamenco show at night. The location was okay, as it was an hour from the city, but there was a bus nearby that was cheap at 2€ per person, so that was good. Also, it was nice that I could walk to the hippie market that is held every Wednesday!

Correct installations. The room is very complete. It even had a small kitchen with a microwave and cutlery. The only thing I didn't like was the pillows, as they were very thin and not very comfortable. I also didn't like the fact that we had just arrived from the trip and sat at a table by the pool to eat the breakfast that we had prepared at home for the trip and one of the employees told us that we couldn't consume anything that wasn't theirs. . One staff member was very rude to me on at least 3 consecutive occasions, on different days. She was managing the breakfast hall and as I’m not able to eat a huge breakfast in the morning I squirrelled away an apple, orange and a couple of biscuits for later. She saw me and told me I wasn’t allowed to take food out of the hall (despite the fact that so much leftovers goes in the bin ). I said ok and sorry. The following day after being told, I had zero intention of taking anything out of the room, but the woman (Eva) told my friend she was worried that I would take food away. I approached Eva to apologise (in Spanish) for taking the apple and biscuits the previous day, and to assure her that she did not need to worry, I promised I would not take anymore out. Regardless, she continued to berate me in Spanish telling me again in angry tones that all food must be consumed in the breakfast room. I apologised again. On my final morning I was still finishing my food just after 11 o clock when breakfast officially finished but the staff are still cleaning up until at least 11.30. Eva decided to have another confrontation with me about finishing eating late even though other people had finished after 11 who she said nothing to, and I also saw people leaving the room with extra drinks and snacks for later. I felt victimised and someone shouting I at me makes me feel shaky and anxious. I don’t think I did anything really wrong to deserve such treatment and the experience with Eva has left a bad impression.

Al segundo día de llegar al hotel, nos desaparece un reloj y 50€ de un sobre blanco que habíamos dejado junto al reloj DENTRO de la mesita de noche (en el sobre solo dejamos dos billetes de 50€, hay que ser poco lista para creer que no nos íbamos a dar cuenta). Quizás a la limpiadora no se le pasó por la cabeza que nos daríamos cuenta, ya que es Ibiza.. la gente viene para salir de fiesta, llega tarde, etc. y probablemente ni se acuerde de dónde dejó qué. Para nosotros en cambio, era un viaje familiar, en el que nadie consume alcohol y somos bastante cuidadosos con nuestras cosas. Además podréis ver en mi perfil por las valoraciones que ya he dejado en otros establecimientos que no soy una persona de poner malas reseñas sino todo lo contrario, PERO ES QUE ESTO FUE VERGONZOSO y no lo vamos a dejar pasar. Por suerte, solo había podido ser UNA PERSONA, ya que en nuestra planta nº3 solo había una limpiadora: bajita, con el pelo corto y oscuro (liso con corte degradado), delgada y ojos grandes, con acento latinoamericano. El hotel no nos ayudó en ningún momento, como si de ellos no tratara el asunto. No guardamos el reloj en la caja fuerte porque fue por la mañana mientras estábamos en la playa y nos ausentamos un par de horas, aunque tampoco es motivo para ROBARNOS. Hay que tener poca vergüenza para abrir un cajón de la mesita de noche y coger un reloj que no estaba a la vista. Obviamente no hablamos de un Rolex, pero era un reloj de Gucci valorado en 700€ y tampoco es por lo dinero sino por el hecho de que es MÍO y nadie tiene derecho a quitármelo. Ya hemos denunciado a la Policía, aún así nos gustaría dejar esta reseña para avisar a futuros clientes o a pasados, que les haya podido ocurrir y que no teman denunciar para que la persona culpable del delito se haga responsable de los robos y no los vuelva a cometer. A veces vale más la pena pagar un poco más pero estar tranquilos y seguros. Más pena que el propio reloj, nos decepcionó que esto nos estropeara nuestras vacaciones de casi una semana y cuatro días que nos quedaban aún por delante.

Buen trato del personal del hotel facilitándonos muchos las cosas. Bueno también el desayuno tipo buffet. Las habitaciones (y el baño) amplías tipo apartamento aunque lo cierto que les vendría bien una reforma en general, mejorable los colchones que suenan bastante.

Hemos reservado una habitación con mi hija y mi esposa para pasar una noche en el hotel Atlantic by Hoteles Centric, que parecía agradable y la verdad que lo es, por sus instalaciones. El problema surge cuando llegamos al hotel para hacer el chek in y nos comentan que teníamos dos habitaciones reservadas en dos reservas distintas, a lo que nosotros respondimos que eso no era posible ya que somos 3 personas y nos bastaba una habitación y que había ocurrido un error por su parte de que se duplico la reserva y solicitaríamos el reembolso de una de ellas esperando una solución por parte del hotel. Nos sorprendimos cuando no solo no nos dieron una solución inmediata sino que nos pidieron tiempo para solucionarlo y generar el reembolso correspondiente pero nunca lo recibimos. Al día siguiente nos teníamos que ir a tomar el vuelo de vuelta a Valencia y aun no teníamos una respuesta clara y tampoco un reembolso ni unas disculpas por el error del hotel. Quedaron en que se contactarían con nosotros para terminar de solucionar el problema pero no fue así y al volver a llamar al hotel nos dicen que ellos no se harían cargo ya que la política de cancelación de la reserva ya caduco. EN FIN NOS HAN ESTAFADO. Mención a Noeli (encargada de reservas) y al en su momento encargado del hotel que nos mintieron en la cara. No volveremos a ir al hotel, no por su establecimiento, sino por el personal y la atención que brindan.

If you want to avoid the all inclusive crowds go to this hotel. Just returned from a very restful week here. Our self catering apartment was spotless and maintained well. Decor is a little dated but the room was spacious and had a sliding dividing door from twin beds and living area. Great little kitchen hob n sink and fridge and microwave in a cupboard. Located at top of hill close enough to beach and amenities but not disturbed by noise at all. Mostly Spanish but some English customers. A really great hotel that isn't flashy, but spotlessly clean and has the most wonderful team of staff. The staff work tirelessly to ensure your holiday experience is a good one without being in your face. The staff work as an efficient friendly team and are an asset to the hotel. The food quality is lovely i can recommend the goats cheese salad and the fruit smoothies. If you want to chill.... This is the place.
