Stayed here in September with my Mum and 10m old daughter. Hotel rooms were basic but clean and we had a nice view of the pool. Food was ok, not out of this world but good for what I was expecting from a 3* all inclusive hotel. I’m vegan and the staff were really helpful in confirming which dishes had allergens / non-vegan items in. There were a few people complaining about food but not sure what they expected for the price! We visited the Hippy Market and LOVED it!

This hotel is well located, close to both beaches Es canar (perfect for swimming, little waves) and Calla nova (bigger waves). The personnel is very friendly, and in case of any problems, they are trying to resolve them promptly, if they can. But there everything good about hotel ends. The cleaners are trying to keep the hotel clean as possible, but unfortunately, during my stay that could be managed only in rooms. Pool and sunbeds would require more cleaning, but you can't blame the cleaners here. The guests didn't follow opening hours of swimming pool and the hotel didn't demand it at all (i.e. swimming pool was open from 10, but the guest entered at 8:30 or 9). In the restaurant, the guests again didn't follow the policy of "no swimsuit in restaurant", if there was any. The food left also too much to be desired. I can't say there was not enough food, no, there was abudance of it. Unfortunately, trying to chose what you like was terrible. One usually go to Spain to taste the cuisine as well, unfortunaly, in this hotel there was none. In the morning, you could have beans, burnt sausages or very hard eggs. For lunch and dinner, you could chose something, but usually it was very difficult to chose meat and well corresponding side dish (if you don't want to eat fries every time, which I don't). Again, there was no Spanish food, the closest one was "Rice with things" (it wasn't paella and it fortunately wasn't called so; and they also had some "Spanish steak", which were bones with a little meat. No fish to chose from, no croquetas, nothing. During the day, you could have some "snacks", which were hamburgers. It's probably good when you are hungry, but it doesn't accompany coffee well. Talking about beverages, glass or porcelain were served only in the restaurant. While I understand need for plastic deposit cups in swimming pool area, I don't understand why they didn't serve drinks from glass or porcelain during the evening in the bar. They still wash the cups, so it's difficult to understand why they bring such a bad experience to guests. The hotel also offers only tap water, which tastes awful, and for unknown reason, the default option is sparkling one. Complete disaster.

5 stars for the staff. They worked tirelessly; cleaning, behind the bars, serving food, and in reception. Special mention to the snack bar - the food was very nice and the service was great! I'd return just for the snack bar. Great location for exploring the resort and short walks for bus and taxis.

Family of 6 2 adults 4 kids ! Bargain £2400 for 2 weeks !! New being 3 star what to expect, so wasn’t put off by some of the reviews on here! Had a fabulous 2 weeks at this place staff are amazing work very hard ! Especially the Carla from the entertainment staff ( although think she was only one as apparently others had left ! But Carla is fantastic she is so joyful and friendly kind ! We all loved her especially Tia , she misses her a lot 😩Hotel reception staff fantastic especially Ute and Martha always friendly and helpful really made my daughters30th birthday (thankyou ladies ! ) Hotel staff all over were great ! Hotel is spotless rooms ok maybe a little kettle and fridge would be helpful for guests! Now the food we knew 3 star not it’s not 5 star the problem is the chef has no confidence in his food ! Selection wasn’t the problem but over cooked everything, such a shame ,although the desserts where amazing 😍 we will definitely be back even tho the food was a bit let down it did not ruin our holiday, thankyou to all staff at coral beach we will be back ! ☀️

Good value for what we paid. Depends on your expectations, we went not expecting great things from the all inclusive because we only paid £1000 for 10 days for 2 people so you really can’t go expecting much for that sort of money. So, it was pretty much what we thought, nothing amazing but we didn’t go hungry and some meals were quite good. I think you need to use some imagination and mix and match stuff to make up a full meal. The beer was San Miguel so I had no complaints there. The wine wasn’t great but drinkable and the GnT tasted ok to me. The staff were very friendly and helpful and everything very clean, the location was perfect, so for this price it was all excellent. On the downside, there are changes they could make that wouldn’t break the bank for the hotel but probably make a big difference to the holiday maker, such as……. 1. Proper coffee in the machines. 2.Plastic wine glasses instead of having to use the beakers for every drink regardless of what it is. 3. Get training for the chefs on how to make a soup, everyday it was like water and tasteless, I don’t think it would have taken much to add a few herbs and spices to give it some taste. 4. They only did English bacon once in our 10 day stay which they put on in the evening instead of breakfast which we found odd. The only other downside was the English people who treated the staff terribly, on one occasion a woman asked the chef for more omelettes just before the breakfasts were about to close, he had obviously finished the omelettes and was in the middle of cooking about 20 fried eggs but she wanted her omelette and was extremely rude to him when he apologised and said he wasn’t doing anymore. It makes you ashamed to be British. There were many others like her, totally ignorant.

The hotel was in a great location and clean however slightly understaffed. There was only 1 member of staff on the pool bar during the day and inside bar during the entertainment at night. As a result, there were large queues at times for drinks. The staff were all friendly and the rooms were cleaned daily and towels replaced. There was music played by the pool during the day and plenty of sun loungers to go round, despite the hotel being rather full. Cala the entertainer was brilliant! very upbeat and got everyone involved and really did entertain people in the evenings. The food was ok, not restaurant quality but it was standard for an all inclusive hotel and plenty to go round. Overall, the hotel is in a great location and all round 3*. Some of the reviews are definitely unfair!

For £400 p person all inclusive for a week we booked this hotel up In a flash .Afterwards I started reading the reviews and was a little concerned. The hotel is knowwhere near as bad as some of the reviews would have you make out . Alcohol is good Hotel is clean Food is OK snack bar is great breakfast is good lunch generally better than dinner due to not being as popular a meal and most using snack bar .I didn't go hungry . The entertainment is shocking but there are plenty of places to go outside .There is a tribute act in every bar one night or another . My only quibble and was annoying was the pressure for the bath and shower kept going .One night my husband had to wash down with one of the hotel plastic cups lol .I think I read about this beforehand so it's obviously a ongoing problem hopefully they will get sorted before next season . Area is stunning and all in all a great holiday .Would I come back ? Yes but not peak season !
