A mixed bag.
Not realising that the hotel is on two sites, I turned up at the wrong one. It was pouring with rain and the lovely ladies at reception confirmed my booking and gave me a room on that site so I didn't have to drive in the rain.
The hotel is not the most logical in how it has been laid out and the room designs are a bit baffling. Also, it was loud at night because there is a club close by. Musics was blaring till 5am but I guess that's beyond the hotel's control. Breakfast was nice and because of food and the staff, I would stay again.

The hotel is not up to date to be able to receive payment from *******. We arrived and they did not have our booking or payment - despite paying upon booking here. ******* was helpful to send a refund, but do not book this hotel online. Otherwise, it is a basic place.

We stayed in a family room which was spacious, self contained and had a welcome fan. The staff were so kind and welcoming especially to the children. This makes such a difference to the experience of the whole family. The place feels safe and secure and is a very good location in Lira.
