Booked two executive rooms with double bed but got one of the executive rooms with two single beds. They later on upgraded it to deluxe room at no cost which was good. Ac did not work in both the rooms. Fan was very noisy and had to be switched off. Power went off in the room at 1:30 am, someone fixed it by 2 am. Most of the bathroom fixtures including shower and toilet flush were not working properly. Surprising to experience such issues for 1 yr old property. Complimentary breakfast was good, overall experience was not as expected

Location is great and bang on the road. Rooms were neat and beddings were clean. Complimentary breakfast was not that great, they served idle which was very sour. Vegetable briyani in the morning was too heavy. Latches in the restroom was not functioning

Attention was fantastic. Rooms were very very good and breakfast with nice variety. Only problem as usual is the coordination during the reservation about the kind of beds. But we managed on site. Very helpful l and kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accomodations. Highly recommendable hotel. Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. Everything looked really new when we were there. We stayed in the small room. Some might find it a little tight. But it was okay for us. Really nice breakfast spread. Only downer is that there was a little musty or damp smell in our room. Just a little whenever we entered. Other than that it was great. I've already stayed three times at this location is great, near termini train and subway station

The stay with sterling fern hill was. Especially ms. Jay a receptionist has given excellent hospitality throughout the stay. Also housekeeping service mr. Subrata has done good job.

Whenever i travel to erode, i always stay in hotel atrium. Staffs are friendly, clean rooms, food is also good and reasonable priced. Hotel is in walking distance from station and well connected. I also recommend kishore travels who arranges pickup drop and local trips from the hotel. Experienced drivers and well maintained cabs available
