Hi there, After paying 31k bill, I'm writing what I felt honestly. Front desk manager Nitin was very arrogant and gave 3 different bills, paid last bill 3k less after careful scrutiny. Not sure how such people with immature behaviour are allowed in such positions. Very very bad experience wasted my 1 hr arguing for a proper bill. He didn't inform me about the boating cancellation yesterday so that in anticipation I lost entire day yesterday, had they informed us, we would've planned accordingly. After staying here for 2 days we end up seeing nothing. If we try to speak on all these things he was not feeling guilty of his mistake and speaking in loud voice in front of everyone. So immature behaviour, I would never revisit hotels like Vivanta anymore.
