Our stay at the Sea Lagoon Health Resort in August was nothing short of a delightful retreat. From the moment we arrived, the enchanting ambience embraced us, offering a perfect blend of luxury and nature. The unique location provided stunning views of both the sea and backwaters, which added an extra layer of charm to our experience. The resort's service was outstanding, with the staff always attentive and ensuring our comfort at every step. The culinary offerings were truly a treat, with each dish reflecting quality and flavor. However, we did find the food prices to be a bit on the higher side compared to similar resorts. Overall, Sea Lagoon Health Resort delivered a memorable family getaway, seamlessly combining natural beauty, excellent service, and comfort. We left feeling rejuvenated and look forward to visiting again.

Although we have stayed at many places, Sea Lagoon is a special experience and we really enjoyed it. Nice place and comfort stay. Food rate is little high even food is tatsty. The service staffs are very good. The manager treated us very well. Over all good experience.

I had a wonderful time in Cherai…stayed in Sea Lagoon Health Resort in the month of September 2024 with my family. Pros are very homely atmosphere, excellent food, the infinity pool gives a different experience, and cons are need little more maintenance………. One highlight is the front office and service staff, they are really very helpful….. Must try item is their live seafood counter. You can choose very fresh fish from there. Kudos for the entire team for the memorable experience!!!!!!!

I stumbled upon this place by accident while looking for a good quality, friendly place to eat. It has exceeded expectations- food is delicious and the service is really good. Was served by an extremely professional waiter Akshay who was happy to explain the available buffet options and give local advice in German! Highly recommend.

Stayed in the premium room 202or 203 One of the worst i have ever visited in my entire life. Urinal smells are on the way to the room passage- might be from the plate washing area designated Rats are running in the executive bar. Pool tiles are broken Restaurant pricing are too high. No one bothered even when we sitting in the restaurant for 15 minutes Overall we spoiled our two day holiday

We booked Sea Lagoon (We were a party of 7 = 4 A, 3 C) as a last minute choice, decided based on reviews and an Agoda offer. We saw the offer from Agoda and booked and then figured out that offer doest include children (we did enter all pax details).). And then it was back and forth btwn Agoda, Sea Lagoon and lost 2 hours in that process. We ended up paying extra for the children. Cherai beach is a picturesque narrow ***** of land btwn backwaters on one side and narrow beach (20 ft width ) on the Arabian Sea side. The ***** is 1-2 Km and has all varieties of stays and resorts. It doesnt have any big resort brand presence. Sea Lagoon has pool and rooms facing the back waters, and a hall and lawn/restaurant (non functioning) on the beach side. We need to cross the road (15 ft) to head from room to beach. Beach is mostly private, except for dogs! Rooms (and the hotel in general) show wear and tear, creaking doors, handles that fall... but adequate Restaurant/bar is adequate. Sufficent local cuisine options outside. Breakfast buffet is minimal - one kerala dish, one north dish Pool is quite dirty with leaves, flotsam... should be maintained better. Eg one cant see the floor, murky water Adequate parking for 6-8 cars Helpful staff. Overall, picturesque location, a bit over priced, could be better maintained. But option are limited at this location.

Dit hotel heeft wel wat onderhoud nodig.In onze eerste kamer begaf de airco het, in de t****e kamer ontbrak een koelkastje; alle ligstoelen bleken gebroken.wij hadden MAP geboekt maar ik zou dat nie***d aanraden.die opties waren echt onvoldoende.bovendien zijn er zeer veel goede restaurants in de buurt.Het zwembad is heerlijk maar ik vrees dat de trapjes het ieder moment kunnen begeven.links en rechts ontbraken er ook tegeltjes.De kamers zijn wel authentiek " vintage"

This resort saved our holiday as we couldn't stay in the accommodation we had booked as it wasn't fit for purpose We chanced apon this hotel while looking about for somewhere to stay and were so impressed by the staffs service over lunch we decided to book for a few nights The rooms are decorated in an old fashioned dark wood style very spacious and clean. We had a great balcony over looking the pool and back waters it was so peaceful. The food was excellent and they tried their best to cater to my daughters allergies. Staff members were fluent in several languages and courteous at all times The water pressure was a bit low in the showers but considering where you are that wasn't an issue

Dommage que la piscine n était pas en état. Personne n' a eu l' idée d appeler un réparateur. Pompe HS ! Par contre tout le monde autour de la piscine. Je pense qu ils attendaient qu elle redevienne propre !
