Near to MG road. MG road and Maharajas college metro station are around 600 metres from hotel. Highcourt water taxi and Marine drive is around 1.5 KM.. Hotel room was big enough and having comfortable bed. It was neat and clean. Hotel breakfast spread was also nice, not a huge one but reasonable and tasty.

I was having a great experience there.special thanks to SUHANA. A very polite and friendly staff. she helped us in all way throughout the stay.the rooms were neat and clean. The pool water was very low.that should be improved.other than that everything was good. The hotel is situated in the middle of city.so that easy to catchup all nearby shops,metro station and film theatres.great location with great budget friendly rooms.will definitely recommend to my other friends and family. Special thanks to Suhana for helping us.will visit again

Staff are excellent including reception,restaurant and housekeeping. The names are suhana,amal,anjali,gowri, roshan,Monica,manuraj,sibi, vishnu. They are so exceptional in their service to me. They are so cheerful and friendly. I appreciate all their services and I hope that they will do the same in my next visit.

I am extremely glad to write this review about my stay at Hotel Ginger at MG road Ernakulam. The room was very spacious and amenities you have provide in the room are of finest quality. The bed was properly tugged, linen and towels was very neat and clean absolutely spotless. A very calm and quiet room, had a very nice sleep as well. The breakfast buffet was absolutely splendid and service staffs were professionally trained and behaved. The food was very delicious. Special thanks to Manuraj who was very much helpful for booking the room and was there with us from check In to check out. All the very best Manuraj and team and we will come back again... Will recommend to our friends and relatives as well. Thank you all once again

The stay was excellent and ambience is extra ordinary. All staffs are very polite and helpful. Especially F&B Manager Mr. Manuraj He is such a nice person and very active. Mr. Aswanth, Chef Renjith and all other restaurant staff, Miss. Anjalimala at the reception and the security staff.. Thanks to all for the memorable stay. The room is good. No light in the walk in wardrobe. Wardrobe can't take the suitcase too. You have to keep the suitcase on the floor. There's no table to keep the suitcase Horrible vegetable curry. Very hard Kerala parota. There's no Pizza and burger Ac is not working properly You need a super human brain to start the television House keeping is good. Pillows are outdated. A quiet place adjoining mg road. Omlette was good. Bread was from a nearby bakery and very sweet. This was very bad bread. The room service menu needs to be changed. Room service people who awnser the phone are straight away declining to go the extra mile to satisfy customer needs. Food has to be improved a lot. Organic sugar sachets not available. A lot of revamp has to be done to save this hotel soon. Reception staff and house keeping staff are good.

Really awesome experience am a frequent traveller working in Manchester taking care of kerlaa and Karnataka , in Kochi 5 days staying atleast in a month.i was staying in different hotels .but once I started here,never searched another hotel,this month also already 3 times stayed,Mr Ashwath manger is a person can vouch brocause of him only am going there his warmth welcome treating really awesome.he introduced others then only I can to know that GM Mr Jayesh is also like another Ashwath lovely behaviour and approach.reception boys or girls Cleanliness of rooms and bathrooms restaurant there girls and boys house keeping team total cleanliness even in public space and bathroom .cost is also cheap.really am happy and appreciated.keep it up Regards Rizal

The whole team of Ginger MG Road is really good..They took care of everything in such a great way..And the food it was wonderful and our things were taken care by one of the employee named Aswanth..Overall we had a great tym wth our family over there...Since all the amenities were nearby it was good to stay there and get anything at anytime for us...like hospital,food etc..Thank you Team Ginger for this fabulous experience...
