Eco Smart Apartments Erlangen ★★★

"Unfortunately, my experience with the cancellation process was disappointing. Despite unexpected circumstances and my polite request for flexibility, no solution or goodwill gesture was offered. I understand policies are important, but customer support and understanding are important too. I hope the hotel improves its approach to such situations in the future"

Novotel Erlangen ★★★

"Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable."

Garner Hotel Erlangen Süd by IHG ★★★★

"It's very clean, there's a restaurant, but the location is rather remote. The room doesn't have a kettle, drinking water, or slippers."

B&B Hotel Erlangen-Tennenlohe ★

"Fine for a stopover. The room is small, but you have everything you need: bed, toilet, and shower. It is noisy, though, when children run in the hallways. We did not use the breakfast service. We got sandwiches from a nearby shop ourselves. There are no other facilities available."

Holiday Inn Express ERLANGEN by IHG ★★★

"Thank you for the wonderful hospitality during my stay. The service was excellent, the staff were always friendly, professional, and welcoming, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious with a great variety of choices. I truly appreciated the care and attention to detail that made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I look forward to staying here again in the future. Highly recommended!"

Hotel Smart-Inn ★★

"The hotel has nice rooms, although a bit older. When we arrived, we had to air out the room for a while, but after that everything was fine. The bathroom looked newer, although the shower was leaking a little. Breakfast was good – there were eggs, sausages, fruit salad, ham, cheese, olives, vegetables, jams, and more. For this type of hotel, it was definitely sufficient. The staff were very kind and helpful. Overall, we had a positive stay, and for the price it was definitely worth it. 👍"
