Wir haben eine Woche Ferien in einem der nur sechs Zimmer der North Point Rooms in Markandonata verbracht und waren in jeder Beziehung hell begeistert vom kleinen Paradies, das wir angetroffen haben. Das geräumige, äusserst komfortable Zimmer, die wunderschöne, liebevoll gepflegte Gartenanlage, das perfekte Frühstück mit frisch gepresstem Orangensaft, nach Wunsch frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen und dem kleinen, aber erlesenen Buffet und natürlich die ausserordentlich zuvorkommende, sehr persönliche Betreuung durch den Besitzer Haris Tsimaras haben uns unbeschwerte Tage beschert, an die wir uns für immer erinnern werden. Besonders erwähnenswert: Haris hat sich täglich nach unsere abendlichen Plänen erkundigt, dabei seine Restaurant-Empfehlung(en) abgeben und für uns gleich die Reservation erledigt – er ist schlicht der perfekte Gastgeber! Auf diesem Weg nochmals herzlichen Dank, lieber Haris!

My wife and I spent two wonderful weeks at this beautiful location and we really can't find anything negative to say about it. The owner, Haris, and his staff could not have been more helpful and the whole place was spotlessly clean and well maintained throughout, notably the gardens whch were great to sit in and relax. Breakfasts were delicious. It is within easy travelling distance (by car) of Fiscardo and there are plenty of good places to eat and lovely beaches in the area

North Point Rooms is as close as we've got to a tranquil slice of heaven. We stayed for 1 week and had the most wonderful time. Haris was so helpful - sharing recommendations and booking tables - he even suggested we take a day trip to Ithaca where we were given breakfast at his hotel. The service here is very generous, the breakfast is delicious and there are wonderful tavernas within walking distance. We spent most of our week exploring the many exquisite beaches (some within walking distance if it isn't too hot) to snorkel, swim and laze in the shade. We even managed to see a loggerhead turtle on one of our trips. Highly, highly recommended.

Herrlich gelegen in Markantonata, das Partner Hotel/ House ist in Fiskardo. Mit dem Auto oder E-Bike sind Restaurant in Fiskardo oder Umgebung gut zu erreichen. Zu Fuss 15min kommt man zum Old Stone tolle Taverne an der Strasse. Wir haben 2 E-Bike von Ionian Bike Fiskardo gemietet und hervorragend Touren unternommen. Angekommen in diesen Room 1953 Paradies konnten wir an den kleinen Pool und was an Früchten holen. Das Zimmer Annika sind chic mit einer grossen Dusche und „offenem“ WC ausgestattet und kleinen Balkon mit Blick zum Friedhof. Die Wände sind aus Stein und darin wohnen Tierchen die man in der Nacht hört. Das Frühstück wird im kleinen schmucken Garten von ruhigen, herzlichen und freundlichen Pedro serviert. Es gibt alles und das von leckerer Qualität.

A lovely little boutique hotel near fiskardo. This place is very sweet and pretty, small and intimate. Petros was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. The fresh orange juice in the morning was delicious. We didn’t really eat much breakfast but it was simple and nice. The only thing to note is that there is no chef here and very minimal staff so it’s more b and b than hotel- but a lovely one at that! Having a car is a must.

Un posto magnifico, curato nei minimi dettagli, pieno di pace e tranquillità! Colazione ricca piena di proposte fatte in casa, tutto assolutamente delizioso. Haris il titolare, Petros e Vanja fanno di tutto per rendere il soggiorno dei loro ospiti indimenticabile. Una menzione speciale va a Benny, il cagnolone dolcissimo di Haris! Che altro dire? Un posto dove non si può non desiderare ritornare!

Quite simply the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Petros is a great concierge - welcoming, helpful, quiet, great local knowledge (particularly walks). We walked the Northpoint Hike to Dafnoudi Beach, the road walk to Dafnoudi Beach and the old road/path to Fiskardo. Tranquil surroundings, super comfortable room and great breakfast/coffee.

From walking through the front gate we felt relaxed, the smell of lavender and rosemary was like entering a spa! The room was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The private terrace was perfect to sit and read with a glass of wine. The gardens and pool are peaceful and beautiful. We were so well looked after from table reservations to the loan of a beach umbrella and wasp sting cream! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for relaxation and tranquility.

Our stay at North Point Rooms was fantastic. The staff team were friendly and warm and we felt really cared for during our stay, including the resident dog (Benny) and cats. There was an exceptionally high level of service (they went over and above all expectations) and the design, decor and landscape of the property is excellent. The rooms, grounds and communal areas - including a small pool - were relaxing, tranquil and beautiful. There were lovely views of island. You can walk to a local restaurant and the nearest beach is about 25 mins on foot. There was also access to walking trails from the property. Fiscardo and other North Point beaches and areas are within a 10 minute drive (and the team can arrange transport if you don't have a car). The team have great local expertise, their recommendations were spot on and be sure to follow them up. Breakfast was delicious and generous including cooked, Greek and continental.
