Wir haben dieses Hotel aufgrund seiner Lage genommen. Das war eine ausgezeichnete Wahl. Zimmer/Bad waren groß und gut ausgestattet, das Frühstück war unglaublich gut: eine Riesenauswahl, die Möglichkeit, Eierspeisen frisch zubereiten zu lassen, freundlicher Service. Was will man mehr?

eine Einladung von meiner Schwester und Nichte führte mich nach Erfurt in das Hotel am Kaisersaal. Schnell gefunden, wunderbar geparkt in der Tiefgarage direkt nebenan, nett empfangen an der Anmeldung. Das Zimmer mit einem kleinen Extrazimmer war angenehm, sauber und gut ausgestattet für 3 Personen. Das Frühstück hat uns angenehm überrascht, sehr vielfältig! Wenn überhaupt etwas unangenehm war, so war es der kleine Innenhof, in dem noch Spätnachts (1.00 Uhr) Raucher saßen, die sich unterhielten - nicht laut, aber wir hatten die Fenster auf Grund der Wärme geöffnet… und das Zimmer lag direkt darüber. Ansonsten Daumen hoch! Für alles! Die Lage ist übrigens super, direkt neben dem Krämerplatz um die Ecke

The staff was so lovely and authentic. I really felt like I was at home. (Even better, I didn’t have to do the dishes.) The room was clean and quiet and located in the center of town. I would gladly come back and stay here again. Highly recommended. A+

Ein schönes Hotel in Top-Lage. Die Altstadt ist in wenigen Sekunden zu erreichen und um das Hotel herum finden sich allerhand Bars und Restaurants. Unser Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und sauber und die Mitarbeiter waren durchweg freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und die Auswahl hervorragend. Als Minuspunkt kann ich eigentlich nur die Parkgebühren anführen, diese sollten im Zimmerpreis enthalten sein. Von uns gibt es eine absolute Empfehlung.

Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich gut. Mir hat besonders die perfekte Lage gefallen. Damit können aber auch andere Hotels punkten. Für meinen Geschmack wäre aber eine Modernisierung der Zimmer wirklich angebracht. Trotzdem möchte ich nicht von einer Buchung abraten, das wäre unfair. Die Geschmäcker und Vorlieben sind eben verschieden.
