Hotel Garni " am Domplatz"

Ein wirklich tolles Hotel!!! Nicht riesig, aber sehr gut. Nicht von den Gästebildern hier bei Tripadvisor täuschen lassen. Besucht die Webside, diese Bilder zeigen eher den Zustand! Direkt am Dom, die Innenstadt von Erfurt ist sehr gut zu erreichen, genügend Restaurants in der Umgebung. Tiefgaragenstellplatz möglich, Ganz besonderen Dank an die Rezeption, perfekter Kontakt.

We stayed in the apartment on the top floor for 2 wonderful nights with 3 adults (the elevator goes up to the second to last floor). The stay was absolutely fantastic and we didn't miss anything. The location is perfect for exploring Erfurt and there are many shops, restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. I thought the organic shop a few houses down was an extra great bonus. We were able to park in the underground car park next door for a fair €10 per night. The apartment has been newly renovated and is much nicer than it looks in the photos. It was very spacious with a huge couch. The kitchen is well equipped so you could also cook something. We particularly liked the fact that the toilet and the bathroom with shower were separate from each other. We were also surprised that there was room service after the first night, i.e. that the trash cans were emptied and the beds were made (often there is no daily service in apartments). The view is also great. We booked the breakfast buffet (not included in the apartment). The service and selection were absolutely fantastic and far more than expected from a continental breakfast (scrambled eggs, soft and hard boiled eggs, bacon, large selection of cold cuts and cheese, jams, vegetables, fruit). Nothing was left to be desired. Together with the very friendly service, it was the perfect start to the day. Thank you very much & we will definitely come back
