This is really disrespectful to hotel guests. I have traveled to over 12 countries and this was the first hotel that disrespected me like this. I told them why they are not allowed to answer correctly. And this hotel is far from the city center. As a person who goes to 5-star hotels, I do not recommend this hotel at all. They are very rude and uncultured"
