We stayed for a weekend with our 6 month old baby. The first night of our stay, the fire alarm went off at 4am and went off intermittently for almost an hour. It was very scary and extremely stressful. We spoke to a manager the following morning, who offered €80 off our bill and dinner in the restaurant. We explained we wouldn’t be eating in the restaurant during our stay as we had family plans, so they said we would get an additional refund. We’ve still received no refund, neither the €80 or additional amount. Overall the service was unprofessional, unhelpful and disappointing. In addition to the fire alarm issue, we were put in a loud room near the elevator with a broken blind on check in so we asked to move due to our baby. The air conditioning in the second room was broken, and was never looked at despite speaking to the manager. The rooms weren’t cleaned well, there were hairbrushes from previous occupants under chairs in our room.
