The bedroom was beautiful, clean and spacious, the bathroom could use updating as the shower was a bit of a safety hazard, but water pressure/heat/cleanliness was very good. The staff were incredible and so helpful!! We ate in the restaurant both nights and the food was amazing. I will be recommending this hotel to all my friends.

Checked out of Room 308 yesterday morning. Before we left I noticed mould on the both curtains when I opened them and then had a look at the mattress. Absolutely disgusted to realise what I had been sleeping on. Totally unacceptable to allow customers to sleep in this filth.

Overall Great experience- visited recently with family for my mother’s 85th Birthday - lovely staff , rooms very comfortable , & excellent breakfast . Dinner at Alamo Restaurant- food was awesome . Great leisure centre - used the pool/sauna/hot tub . Nice river walk outside & very close to town - was perfect for our little stay .

This was by far the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The hotel is modern, spotless and classy. We stayed in the couples deluxe room and it was absolutely fantastic, the bathroom with jacuzzi tub and massive shower was amazing. The nicest room we were ever in and we have stayed in the suites elsewhere this far surpassed them! The food was beautiful in both the bar and the steakhouse, massive portions and good value for money. The staff were brilliant they couldn't do enough for us and there was plenty on so we felt really looked after. The spa was lovely and the therapists were very good at their job the hot stone massage was beautiful. Its like a hidden gem this place and we are so looking forward to returning already. If your looking for a couples get away this is the place to go absolutely amazing thanks so much

This was my fourth time staying here and always had clean rooms and great service. My room was on the 7th floor which overlooked the River Slaney. I have eaten here a number of times too. The food is good and the portions are large and great value for money.

Didn't live up to expectations .... would not recommend... bar was too busy on Monday and Tuesday evening for our family to have food and we were told at reception we did not need to book . our room was very small for a family room and one bed was actually a camp bed .... swimming pool was great for kids

I can’t bare this hotel. Few weeks ago went in for Saturday evening food it was served and it was clearly reheated when we complained we were basically told it was our fault we didn’t say sooner! So what if we had said we would have got freshly cooked veg and potatoes! Why not get that in first place. The person in charge seemed to know the people at the next table took her time from dealing with us then to speak to them! Today we went in for carvery, it was ok dessert and coffee horrible. I was then very rudely spoken to by a bar man telling me I would be asked to leave as I was vaping at the bar! I wasn’t even at the bar! It is honestly a terrible hotel and the service is shocking. Full of staff that have no manners or customer service skills so my advice take your money elsewhere and get nice service and food.

My partner and myself stayed here for the first time lastnight and what an experience it was, upgraded to the penthouse suite as a special surprise for us when we arrived. We stay away in Hotels often and never experienced such hospitality. Thank you to the lovely staff at Riverside Park, we will definitely be back!!!
