Fairfield Inn & Suites Springfield Enfield

We were welcomed nicely with two amazing front desk representatives. Received clean and comfy room. It was day before Christmas, and we were told the timing for breakfast . Next morning we found out there no breakfast served at all! Because it’s Christmas!! It’s like you book the flight , but no flight attendants cuz they are on vocation 😀 All hotels guests were very confused, no one received any note about it, we were very disappointed because one of the reason we pay more for this hotel -is breakfast, since we were driving with kids. Don’t recommend this hotel .

Stayed for one night in a 5th floor room. Check-in was easy, front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel has 2 elevators though 1 wasn't working during the time I was there. Open lobby with modern fireplace feature. Store for snacks and other needs in the lobby. Room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of soft pillows (my personal favorite). Easy to regulate thermostat. Bathroom had step-in shower with body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispensers. Typical amenities include: charging stations; reading lights; single cup coffee / tea; fridge; closet with hanging space; iron and board; desk and chair; large TV. Nice view looking out on the trees. Privacy window screen and black out screen. Very nice workout room with ellipticals, treadmills, weights and other equipment. Breakfast included with the room. Quite a lot of food to choose from: scrambled eggs, baked goods, bread, bagels, toaster; cereal, pancakes, sausage, yogurt, coffee, tea, milk, fruit, etc. Overall a clean well organized hotel (and seemingly freshly renovated), fairly quiet, zero entry at the lobby. Accessible parking available. Please note: the property may charge $7 / day for parking. They did remove the charge when I questioned it. There is an outdoor pool at this location. Very easy access from the highway. Very good price for the room. Highly recommend and I would stay here again.

Very convenient location off the interstate. Easy check-in with Marriott status acknowledged. Room was large, sparsely furnished. Even though the hotel appeared to be full, it was a quiet rest. This might be a picky item, but for the life of me I could not figure out how to turn on the bedside lamps!! Breakfast served in a spacious area with a good amount of seating. It was a lazy Saturday morning for me and I noted during my prolonged stay at breakfast how attentive the staff was in replenishing items, clean-up, etc.

Really nice hotel - modern and nice rooms with an amazing view of forest - friendly management and staff made us feel welcome - I would highly recommend for family or business for a relaxing trip if in the area or attending six flags park especially during the fall

This hotel charges a $7 undisclosed parking fee , it is egregious, the hotel is located in the middle of a field, avoid the place. The rooms are spartan , and the restaurant and pool were closed, I wasn’t happy considering the alternatives , beware

We stayed here 3 times since it was refurbished 3 years ago. Breakfast is typical. It has a seasonal outdoor pool. It is conveniently located to our friends and family right on the state line. Rooms are clean, thermostats work although during winter the halls are cold. The rooms have enough technical data ports including the TVs which can be connected to our PC to watch our premium channels. Handicapped: The ground level with back entrance has some accessable rooms. The breakfast level is on the same floor. We stayed in one once on the 2nd floor that had a zero entry shower, however the curtain did not hang low enough and left a wet floor. In regular rooms there is a shower grab bar that hangs vertical rather than horizontal which may be important for some people. Shower floors are slip resistant

We had a really nice one-night stay at the Fairfield Inn in CT! We stayed in a king room with a pullout and there was ample space for two adults and a teen. The bedding and linens were comfortable and clean. The room was spotless. The full breakfast the next day was great. There was a nice variety of foods to choose from and everything tasted fresh. All of the staff from evening check in to breakfast servers were very friendly and helpfu.
