I could have done without the room right next to the elevator. A reasonably quiet hotel, but not all the time. Excellent location. The Longhorn Steakhouse right next door was crazy busy on Saturday night. Breakfast was extensive. Both mornings it was one of the better hotel breakfasts I've had with a ton of variety and options. The shower was a tad janky but I liked the non slip surface. The first night my wife thought the bed was a tad small and we're not big people, and I thought it was just a tad firm, but the second night it was good. The halls were cold as they seemed to still be using air conditioning in October. Good parking. Seemed like a nice safe area. Very clean. I didn't understand why the waste baskets didn't have linings set up when we got there. The fridge was off when we arrived, apparently to save energy, with signage to turn it on.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. The cons I found were that the rooms climate control unit is motion controlled. So while you are sleeping the unit goes off until the room gets hot again (or cold if it’s winter) then kicks on again. Constant starting and stopping all night. Nothing can be done to override the system. Our room had a lot of dust above the window valance. Bed was pretty comfortable and the pillows were ok as well.

I stayed here for one night in July 2024. I arrived late from the airport and my room was ready, person at the front desk was helpful, professional and welcoming. The room was very clean, well maintained and everything was in good condition. The ac worked perfectly. Breakfast in the morning was hot, fresh and there were the standard options of oatmeal, waffles, hot items, fruit, bread etc. I would happily stay here again.

I highly recommend this hotel! It is quiet, clean and the staff is AMAZING! The breakfast is really good - omelets or eggs, roasted potatoes, waffles, and pastries. The pool, hot tub and gym are great as well - perfect place to stay for families or if you’re traveling on business. We had to stay an extended amount of time recently when my family was displaced after a house fire. I can’t say enough about the kindness and support which the staff exhibited - Daneja, Brittanie, Rosa at the front desk - kitchen staff Hermelinda and Rita, Jerry in maintenance, and Christophe and Innocent as well. I can’t thank them enough for how much more pleasant they made our stay at a very difficult time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND - A+++

was asked to vacate my room for carpet cleaning which left my carpet wet for the remainder of my stay. This was of no concern to management and the practice apparently is common to this location. Breakfast was so-so. I have stayed at much better Hampton Inns

Britney at the front desk knocked it out of the park. She was extremely kind as I was dealing with a difficult time with my parents.. she show compassion and understanding I highly recommend this hotel. The food was good. The room was beautiful and Maddie was also very nice.. the Hilton Hotels do it, right! Have yourself a Merry Little Christmas and if you’re traveling, try a Hilton rewards hotel in my humble opinion Say a prayer for my mom and dad.. dementia is a horrible thing. I love you one minute and not so much the next. Have yourself a Merry Little Christmas We’re only here for a short while
