Impeccable service from all the staff, both at reception and in the dining room. A generous and varied buffet breakfast. Fabulous value for money. I recommend the superior double room; it was completely renovated and located on the fourth floor, away from the school groups. Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Highly recommended."

Yes, the bathroom is dated but who spends their time in there?! The shower was hot so perfectly happy with that. The food was tasty too. In my opinion a lovely 3 star hotel and a perfect base for a skiing holiday in Encamp"

We were attending a sporting event held in Encamp and the location of the hotel was excellent as well as the facilities they gave us for breakfast and dinner times. This time we enjoyed one of their attic rooms, wonderful. Very spacious and with a hydromassage bath. The cleanliness was excellent and the staff was lovely, all without exception, and especially Luis, the owner. A very familiar hotel where you feel at home. We will return without a doubt."

The tastefully decorated rooms all boast views of the mountains and the enchanting green surroundings. The restaurant is exquisite, so much so that even locals from Andorra frequent it for family meals and gatherings with friends. A hidden gem in the heart of nature."

"Firstly this is an isolated place (hotel)? It is ski in ski out due to the fact it's a good 10 minutes by car up the mountain. The local town has two taxis so don't plan on getting up and down to town too often as you'll struggle to get cab. This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed in my entire life and I did do hostels in my youth. On the plus side it is warm and the female receptionist was very helpful in our bid to escape, in fact she arranged us a lift with a fellow inmate that was driving to town to meet friends as we couldn't get a cab!! We booked for four days but left after a few hours, how anyone can say that this place is ok or that the food (which was dreadful and cold) is ok is beyond me. As they say you get what you pay for however the hotels pictures are a grave misrepresentation!"
