Hotel próximo da capital, aparenta estar em um vale, fez um clima mais temperado. Hotel pet friendly de verdade, pode ir para onde quiser com o dog. Ótimas piscinas de vários tamanhos descoberta, e também coberta climatizado, porém aguas sujas de insetos e no fundo coisas pretas. Restaurantes servem cafe da manhã, almoço, café da tarde e janta, comida simples e boa. Refrigerantes em lata inclusos. Área do hotel é amplo, muito gramado e plantas. Quarto que hospedei não era o que consta na foto do Trip que tinha varanda. O quarto na realidade, era bem mais simples e SEM varanda. Box não tinha porta sabonete ou porta shampoo, tivemos que deixar no chão. Janela não é prova de som, fica colado na estrada, barulhos de carros. TV não era smart. Estacionamento fica cheio, e tivemos que parar longe do quarto. Salão de jogos grande, mas boliches quebrados. Várias áreas em abandono.

Gostamos muito desse final de semana no Hotel. Adoramos a hidroginástica das mulheres com a tia Cookie e tio sun, muito animados. O Hotel teve uma programação especial para o dia das mulheres com spa e curso de auto maquiagem. Nossa filha amou as tias Magali e Tia Alegria que são sensacionais, nossa filha não queria mais vir embora! Comida do restaurante com ilhas temáticas e um jantar maravilhoso, agradecemos a Carol e equipe por nos tratarem tão bem! A limpeza dos quartos, áreas do hotel e piscina precisam melhorar, lixos sempre cheios até a boca. Do mais uma estrutura para lazer boa e animada. Adoramos!

Fiz reserva no final de 2020, paguei o valor solicitado. Próximo a data da hospedagem me avisaram que iriam fechar. O telefone não existe mais, não respondem por mídias nem por e-mail. Não houve a devolução do valor pago. NÃO RESERVEM OU PAGUEM NADA PARA ESTE LOCAL.

Melhoria no atendimento da recepção, funcionários pouco carismáticos , sem alguma empatia, sem iniciativa na solução de problemas, enquanto aos demais, restaurante, recreação, manutenção, limpeza, todos maravilhosos, muito simpáticos, prestativos, educados. Ficamos na ala flamingo, segundo piso, dividimos a habitação com pombos, impossível de ficar na sacada, cheia de fezes e penas além desses habitantes. Infraestrutura muito boa, bem conservada e limpa. Restaurante com várias opções de pratos. Vou postar fotos dos pombos em nossa sacada. Consideramos um Hotel Fazenda não um Resort.

Adorei a recreação do local, os tios Anjinho, cogumelo, Kauê, Magali, Panda e Paulinho eles foram demais, minha filha e meu sobrinho se divertiram muito com eles, todos muito atencioso, alegres, divertidos, todos eles fizeram a diferença . Preciso mensionar os garçons Gabriel e Djalma eles são muito prestativo ambos trabalham muito bem

O hotel é bom, só precisa de um pouco mais de funcionários para o bar da piscina. A comida é simples, mas boa. A equipe de monitoria é muito boa, super atenciosa com adultos e crianças, sempre disponíveis e prontos para entreter todo mundo. Poderiam ter atividades até mais tarde durante os feriados.
