"A very poor experience. While you wouldn't expect much in a tourist area for 2,000 yuan a night, the soundproofing was extremely poor and the hotel was located right next to the road, making the clatter of cars clear and loud even early in the morning. The windows were the worst kind of striped blinds, with huge gaps between them, effectively blocking out any light. The hot water was alternately hot and cold, making you scream with both cold and heat. The strange, large spider in the room wasn't worth mentioning. The only positive thing was the restaurant, situated on the cliffside, with a beautiful view."

"Excellent hotel in the mountains with a wonderful view from the balcony. The room itself is very spacious and well-equipped. The fridge offers free drinks and beer. The breakfast was quite good. The staff met us with a tuk-tuk even though we arrived late and in the rain, as a car couldn't get through. The service was fantastic."

The city is around 15 mins from the resort and it's very lively with plenty of options for food and having an evening stroll. Transportation with tuk tuk is available at ease. The staff was very friendly and it has a nice infinity pool. "

"As expected from a location at the highest point of Ella, the view is the best! .. However, due to the surrounding chaotic development, the roads are narrow and steep, so driving there is thrilling ㅜㅜ.. Since it is still under construction, only the first floor and some facilities are open, and ingredients are not yet fully prepared.. The staff try to be friendly, but charging that price in the current state is excessive."

"A couple of rooms in a house located directly across from the Nine Arch Bridge, surrounded by forest. Clean and well-appointed rooms, very good and plentiful breakfast served on the terrace overlooking the bridge and watching the trains clatter by. Very friendly and attentive service. The only downside is that to reach the main road, you have to walk down a very steep path that can only be accessed by Tuk-Tuks; make sure you have a flashlight...or a charged phone for the evening!"
