We had a nice stay at this hotel. The location is great, the breakfast is good and the staff are very friendly. The only drawback is that it is very noisy in the hotel, so you can hear the neighbors showering and you wake up early in the morning.

Old style hotel in the very center of the town it must have been luxury hotel in the past now is still nice. Very big room with food on the floor remember the best times and they’re still nice. There is a nice pool service the receptionist OK and the breakfast is also only OK.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff members were incredibly kind, humble, and down-to-earth. Restaurant manager Mahesh, Chanuth, Malindu, chef Chamila keep up the good work!! All the staff were always willing to help with anything we needed. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

We stopped here for lunch buffet. It’s around 2500 per person and worthy. Food was absolutely delicious specially fried fish and passion source was my favorite. Staff also very friendly and helpful, specially Theja helped us with all our needs.

Really good Hotal valid for money, Mr.Chanuth (Food department) Taking care, very lovely and kind person could is really good. Many menu available, Hindi hotel, thanks for support. We will come again again in the hotel, yesterday, only available package Food, but in the morning, buffet type of food, it’s good

I arrived with my family and was served a welcome drink i.e. orange juice. The food was lovely, the rooms are beautiful, the ambience is amazing and the service provided by Mr. Chanuth was excellent. The staff are helpful and kind. Will surely come back.

Vriendelijke service, Theja is een vriendelijke serveerder. Leuk en vintage hotel, savonds vloegen er veel vogels en muggen, in de kamer was er een raam met uitzicht op het stadje Ella, mooie en ruime douche, groot eenpersoonsbed. En een werkende airco

I have been to this hotel for buffet lunch today. I spent a couple of hours exploring the Ella town where there are many restaurants and finally found this hotel to have the lunch. The members of staff are very active, polite and very attentive. One member of the team particularly CHANUTH tried his level best to convince us to have lunch. Also explained the buffet system, times, price and varieties of food. Chanuth has made me select this hotel for lunch or dinner for my future visits to Ella and also I would recommend my friends and family to visit Oak-Ray Ella Gap during their time in Ella.
