we had an amazing time, the hotel was nice and staff was nice, he was able to help with food ideas, although we didnt get to eat breakfast due to we were told it didnt come with the room, it said on the website that free breakfast but nope, so we had to do something else, the room was great people around was great

I’ve stayed here at least a dozen times and it keeps getting worse. Three weeks ago, the bed was remade, but no fresh sheets when I checked in. Last night, the toilet wasn’t clean, the soap looked like it was dipped in coffee, the coffee in the room had no cup, and at no time was the bar or kitchen open for evening or breakfast service. The lady at the front desk, when I checked in, complained about the management, and this morning, when I mentioned that all of the coffee was empty, the morning desk person told me that it wasn’t her job. I’ve stayed in too many hotels this year that have stopped all of the excuses, but this Courtyard can’t keep employees, and they can’t promise a clean room. Based on the litany of employee complaints I’ve heard over the last nine months, the management is a train wreck. I absolutely warn against this place. Gross.

One of the newer hotels of the group. Stayed at most of them and this is a good option. Hotel was nice but the room was far from clean. Staff was pleasure and there is good food options nearby. Parking is shared with the Home2 hotel next door and is a little limited, but never had any issues.

We had spent 4 nights here during August 2023. There were several hotels in the area, so we had to look for parking. We actually got to the hotel early, by 1 night, and they were able to accommodate us. The front desk service was very helpful and upgraded us based on status. The only problem we had, was that we were supposed to have housekeeping services on Saturday and no one came. When I reported it to the front desk, by late afternoon, they still hadn't come. Since we were checking out on Sunday morning, I just got what I needed and took it back to the room. Overall, the place was clean, price was right, we were satisfied with our room, and we would return.

Nice and clean and friendly. Was greeted with a smile on a late Sunday night by the front counter girl. Found the room very clean. Everything was in the right place. Good location next to a Fairfield. I highly recommend this place and I would stay here again.

Great choice of hotels! I love courtyard and loved this property. Nice outdoor seating area with firepit, nice workout room and pool and workers are very friendly. Liked the decor in our room and bed comfortable, nice modern shower. Price was right too. Highly recommend.

Nice and clean. The bathroom was big and spacious.

The cover panel for the air conditioning until fell off and when I told the front desk worker he looked at me and said “so”. I was then told that there was no maintenance worker in staff which seemed very odd for a weekend which I would assume is the hotels busiest time. The toilet seat was also loose and got worse during our stay.
