Hotel is pretty good. The lobby is nice and very spacious. The rooms are fine, bed is comfortable (except I ran my shins into the edge about 10 times) and A/C all worked great, shower was great. Our bathroom shower light was broken but there was a real bathroom fan, which was nice. This hotel has a large mini-fridge in the room and easy quick connect to Netflix and streaming services. Easy parking and felt very safe, close to everything. We did not use the workout room or pool, and we did not order breakfast (I believe there is no free breakfast included). Requested an "occupied" door tag to keep them from knocking during the day but they ran out. Front desk clerk is awkward and uncomfortable to be around. Overall everything was fine.

This isn't a "newly built" hotel as they claim; newly renovated sure, but not new construction. The building is similar to an old set of dorms or military unit housing. The rooms themselves have been renovated the most, but the halls and common areas (less the lobby) need work. Several plastered/patches on the walls throughout the room and building, heavy old school classroom doors with metal doorframes...no extra deadbolt locks on the doors, no central ceiling lights in the rooms, old light switches that are soft and don't have that "click" anymore. It was a quick, lazy reno. And the maintenance crew must be nonexistent...burnt out bulbs, stopped up sink, dead AC in hallways. There were no breakfast vouchers offered as advertised. The staff has been good overall - whoever works the desk in the evenings obviously needs a bit of mental health assistance and some drug rehab, but she wasn't rude to me. The room itself did appear to be properly cleaned, and the bed was comfy (pillows ******). It's priced correctly for the value, so no complaints there, but it's not an unexpected value by any means. Overall, kind of a dump.

This hotel is very clean and good location. Pool is small but looked nice. The beds are super comfy, but the pillows need attention - our king size bed had two nice firm pillows and two pillows that were barely fluff. Tv had minimal channels but they do offer streaming channels.

Let's start by saying I had high hopes for this place because it's a Sheraton. Here's the deal. 1. The bed was very comfortable, the A/C was powerful and the room was mostly pleasant and quiet. 2. The pillows were nearly flat, with zero support. 3. The shower curtain looked like my son's while he was at college with roommates... yellow/orange staining at the bottom. Unacceptable for a nice hotel. 4. The breakfast was not included and expensive. I tried the avocado toast, which was about the worst I've ever had. The avocado wasn't fresh and didn't taste like avocado. Some kind of preservative was used and it had a weird texture. 5. I went to the gym for a workout and about 8 minutes in, my lungs started closing up. That's when I noticed a strong mildew smell. I'm allergic to it, so that wasn't good. The lobby also had a strong smell of mildew. Not sure if there was water damage or it's the HVAC system, but it got stronger every time I went to the lobby. 6. A minor thing, but the way they've arranged the lobby furniture, there's no clear bath to the front desk or the elevators. You have to dodge around the furniture. 7. It's hard to find. You have to drive through another hotel parking lot to get to it. With all the other options in the area, I moved and wouldn't stay here again. They said it opened in 2018, but I had the feeling that it was another hotel that was purchased and whitewashed.

My wife and I took showers early our first morning here. We left the dirty towels on the bathroom floor as it said to do. We got back late that night and the room had not been made up and the dirty towels were still on the bathroom floor. I called the front desk and asked them to bring up some towels they said you need to come down and get them. I told her I was already in my pajamas bring them up. She said no you have to come down to get them. My wife went down and she said they had no towels and all they can give us were the shower floor towels you use when you step out of the shower. My wife complained and said you have to be kidding me we need towels we need to leave early tomorrow for our sons graduation. She said sorry that’s all I have. Never have we ever experienced anything like this before stay clear of this joint

This is 11pm on July 9 2022, the same night I checked in, 3 hours after I arrived, with my wife and my 10 months and 4 years. I just finished shower in the room 221, our 3rd room, and waiting for my wife’s text to inform me that our kids all asleep. So I could return to the room 402, our 2nd room, to let she come to take the shower in the 3rd room and return the key card to the front desk. Yes, it’s a bit complicated and nonsense. This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my whole life. 1. I booked the hotel using Priceline, and when I arrived this lady at front desk claimed the virtual card the Priceline provided is not valid, and I need to contact the Priceline to make it right. When I asked if they could help call since it’s the problem between the hotel and the Priceline. She said no it’s not her problem and started to talk to the next customer. So I called and waited. It turns out this is her problem. The Priceline called her and they solve the problem between them. It took me 30min to check in. 2. I was offered the room 413. The ceiling light is out. The tissue box is empty. The light in the restroom mirror is flickering. So we asked to change the room. 3. I was then offered the room 402. It was already 9pm, 1 hour after we arrived. We started to unpack again and giving bath to kids. We brought our own compact bath tub for kids. When our 4 years old was done and we pour the water into the hotels bath tub we noticed it was clogged. It didn’t drain, at all. I don’t want to change room again since we are fully unpacked and setup for our kids. So I called the front desk and she said she would see if she could send someone up. So I waited, for 20 minutes, then I went down to the lobby. The same lady then said ionly she and the bartender was on site and no one could fix it until tomorrow. She didn’t inform this in my call, she didn’t call back if she’s not aware of this in the first place and she didn’t even apologize but give a face that I could leave now. I tried to be polite and said all I need is a good shower, I can not do it with the clogging. Still no apology and she answered yes she could fix it tomorrow but she couldn’t do anything now. She made it like it’s my fault and she was doing me a favor. She didn’t even bother to offer to change the room. So I asked for the change, again. She searched carefully and gave me my 3rd room, 221, two levels below the 402. I asked if she could give me a room at 4th floor. She said no because the room left on the 4th floor was not the type of my reservation. I said do you understand how much inconvenient caused me here? That was my second room already. Can’t you just give me any room on the 4th floor? Yes but no, no room for me on the 4th floor. She said either I take the room or she has the clog fixed tomorrow, there’s nothing else she can do. Fine, I was exhausted. So I asked can I keep both cards so I could bring only essentials to my new room two levels below and do the packin
