Very friendly atmosphere and the staff are professional and helpful. Eva on reception even messaged me at the Airport to say my jumper had been found in the Hotel Lobby. I was able to ask my daughter to collect it. So thoughtful and much appreciated.

Hotel en pleno centro de Elche (como el nombre del hotel indica). Nos pusieron en una habitación superior (un "upgrade" porque había habitaciones libres). La cama era ancha y cómoda (de dos por dos) y la habitación amplia, limpia y en perfecto estado de conservación. Dormimos como nunca. El único reparo es que el largo balcón está cerca de las terrazas de los vecinos, algunos de los cuales las "bunkerizan" para no ser vistos. El personal es muy amable y profesional. Totalmente recomendable (Se puede aparcar en la calle, a unos 5-10 minutos a pie)

Estupendo hotel, cómodo, céntrico, personal muy amable. La habitación no es excesivamente grande pero bien diseñada, camas muy cómodas. Zona de bar muy agradable. Super recomendable. Servicio de parking en e hotel, y si no quedan plazas, en un parking cercano, por 15 €.

Hotel céntrico urbano, habitación martes noche 90€ solo alojamiento. No avisan que la planta de mi habitación está en obras. Hice el check in a la 23h. No avisan de l obras en l reserva ni en recepción. La planta y habitación huele a yeso y a obra. Habitación minúscula con las paredes de papel fino. Desde las 9h del miércoles el carrito de la limpieza en la puerta de mi habitación. Adjunto foto. También de la planta-pasillo-obra. A partir de la 9h golpes intensos de la obra. Bajo a desayunar y me tratan como un delincuente por no tener contratado el desayuno en el bono de la reserva. Consigo que me dejen desayunar a falta de pagarlo y al terminar el desayuno me dice la camarera que debo abonarlo antes de subir a mi habitación. Me hace subir a por las tarjetas para pagar inmediatamente, como un delincuente. Hablo con la directora y me quiere devolver el importe del desayuno y por supuesto la he dicho que no. Y que no volvería nunca. Sres de Melia , dejen de afiliar a esta gente a su firma pues no saben tratar al huesped.

El hotel está muy céntrico y es muy práctico para ir por trabajo, que fue mi caso. Tengo claro que para próximas visitas a la ciudad acudiré de nuevo. Como punto a favor, decir que el inicio de la hora del desayuno es temprano, algo positivo para los que vamos por motivos laborales, que no siempre sucede. A mejorar, pondría un escritorio más amplio en la habitación para poder trabajar con el ordenador.

Hotel céntrico, tiene buena ubicación para realizar una visita por Elx. Cerca de zona peatonal en la que encuentra cantidad de bares y restaurantes para poder comer o tapear. Dispone de parking, recomendable reservar. No puedo opinar sobre su servicio de restaurante, no lo utilizamos. Buena limpieza en habitación, cómoda y completa.

Really nice, centrally located hotel. The staff is friendly and welcoming. We had a nice room with a small balcony. Service was excellent: one day there was a bad smell in the bathroom but it was fixed immediately. There was a small fridge in the room. For a 3 star hotel this was really good!

Hotel céntrico cerca de todo en calle concurrida.habitacion a patio sin vistas y diminuta,el baño sin intimidad ninguna.minibar en la habitación.cenamos allí pasta y ensalada de primero y gallineta de segundo.postre yogurt casero con arándanos y bebida incluida...no estuvo mal.recepcion y personal correcto así como la limpieza.el desayuno bastante bien había un poco de todo y suficiente.

Buen hotel en líneas generales. Excelente ubicación,buena reforma de habitaciónes y recepción hace poco tiempo.. personal súper amable. La habitación 305 de tamaño correcto con buen colchón y buen baño. Parking a una calle. Bares y comercios cercanos
