BAH Barcelona Airport Hotel

Arrived at the airport at night, the hotel front desk didn't answer the phone at first, and I waited in the cold wind for 40 minutes before the hotel shuttle bus came. This arrangement is very unfriendly to guests arriving at night. The shower water in the room I stayed in kept flowing all over the bathroom. I called a mop to deal with it, and he said he couldn't fix it. As a result, the shower was still flooded. The hotel didn't provide slippers, and it was very inconvenient to walk to the bathroom with a wet floor. This was the worst stay in Spain. I booked the airport hotel for convenience in case I had to take a flight to leave early the next morning, but I didn't expect it to be so inconvenient

🚗The hotel provides a shuttle bus for free airport pick-up. 🏨The hotel lobby is gorgeous. 💁🏻♀️The receptionist at the front desk is very enthusiastic and proactive in providing help. 🚪The room is very tidy, but the toilet in the bathroom does not feel very clean and needs further improvement. 🍳The breakfast is very rich and tastes good. Overall, it is a hotel worth recommending

Convenient location for those flying out at night. Free shuttle to the airport. Nice room, huge beds!

As I had an early morning flight, I used the service that included airport transfer. As I headed towards the parking lot from the airport, I found the bus stop to the hotel. There is no particular location as buses from various hotels stop there. It stops wherever there is space. The bus from the hotel to the airport has a set time, but reservations are not accepted so it is first come first served. When I got on at 5am there were only three people using the bus, so I had no trouble getting on.
