Mina Grande Beach Cottages

Possibly the worst hotel I've ever been, some friends came and we took two rooms, when we arrived they had a lack of control that they didn't know what we had rented, nor the days. When we entered the rooms, they were old and shabby, if they had nice views but they didn't make up for everything else. For 5 nights, €259 each room, it's an armed robbery, but it's not worth paying half of. Everything full of bugs and bad care, termites are all over the hotel, including rooms and bathrooms, bathroom accessories fall off and the hot water doesn't work, the rooms are ridiculous and it gives a feeling of abandonment. The water in the bathroom has a rather unpleasant smell and a yellowish color, quite ugly. In 5 days they have not even been to change a towel, offer toilet paper or clean the room. IT IS THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE BEEN IN MY LIFE, for that price. Not to mention the included breakfast, shabby, excessive, cold, and the moldy bread, the ridiculous omelettes, seem half an egg. If health came, they would close it and demolish it, otherwise the termites would do it first. They also have several hotels together that are getting in as they please, having some renovated rooms that escape a bit from the shabby hotel. The worst experience in the Philippines. I do not recommend it, even if you pay €10-20 a night. That you could understand how seedy it is.

Idyllic location! in front of the beach. It is not a hotel to spend a week, without pretensions, but to spend a few days it is great, Friendliness by the staff 10. Correct breakfast and they serve it to you in front of the sea, clean rooms.
