This chedi is really not recommended! The air conditioner in the room jumps out sometimes. The bathroom design is extremely leaky and poorly planned. The shower room is extremely small and the water pressure is very low. Taking a bath is very uncomfortable. The housekeeping is also a mess. New dental kits and cotton swabs are not placed in the room. The twin room is obviously for two people. There is only one pair of slippers and I don't know what it means. The public area of ​​the hotel is also very small. You can visit it in ten minutes. The service is not up to par. A hotel that costs almost 3,000 a night is really not worth it.

Arrived at the hotel was a great reception, into the holiday started great had nothing to complain about , food was excellent great choices & the dining room staff were great too but then 6th day in to our holiday started to notice items going missing out of our room & then continued until we complained at the reception & asked to see the hotel management, we were very disappointed & upset that this complaint never got dealt with or even an investigation. The items were not that valuable but meant a lot to us & LESSON LEARNT NEVER TRUST the hotel staff & put all your personal stuff in the room safe ! We will be visiting el gouna again but we WILL NOT be staying at creek hotel ever again . The hotel owners/ management need to vet the staff more , it extremely upset & made myself & my husband very nervous & unsafe we couldn’t wait to get away from the hotel Sad but the truth so be very careful

It's a good resort hotel. Guests of the hotel are basically white people. You can see the blue sea through the window of the balcony in the room on the first floor. The water is very blue and beautiful. I'd like to recommend this resort town.

We had an incredible time at Panora El Gouna Bungalows! The bungalows were spacious, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views of the turquoise waters. The food selection was fantastic, with a variety of restaurants offering both local and international options, all served with impeccable quality. A special shout-out to Shady Rozik and his team, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Their friendly service, attention to detail, and personal recommendations truly set this place apart. The excursions were amazing as well, with everything from water sports to cultural tours organized seamlessly. Ask for David or Sabastian. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service, and breathtaking views! Salt Spa is a must for a stone massage.

It is very unfortunate to see a world known hotel lower its standards. We stayed at Steigenberger UAE, Qatar, Soma Bay and absolutely loved it while this particular one in Gouna is nothing less than a disappointment right from the check in time. It took us longer than 30 min upon arrival to have rooms allocated. They claim hotel has been renovated, but the Junior Sweet in building 8 felt more of a cave rather than a room. Barely any sunlight, very hard sofa to sleep on, no toothbrushes available. Housekeeping is beyond disappointing. On daily basis. I call many times and they NEVER pick the phone, so the only way to reach anyone is by calling guest service but that again doesn’t help as they simply forgot to send what i have been requesting. Staff is not welcoming, it is worth to give them training in hospitality. Breakfast is average. It is very expensive hotel for what they offer and I would not recommend it at all.
