This property looks nice but the room had a horrible smell. They spray a disgusting air freshener inside all the rooms. It smells so bad I got migraine headache and you can’t scape it. The WiFi is too slow. None of the front desk staff could speak even basic English. They have a Spa, but it was useless. I tried to book a massage, but they had to call someone who requested my WhatsApp number to send me a link to pay them through a link to an unknown person. I couldn’t understand why they couldn’t process a simple payment in a straightforward manner? They offer breakfast at 8 in the morning although this hotel is very close to the airport and most people stay there because it’s close to the airport and they have early flights but the hotel offers breakfast at 8 in the morning which was too late. Overall not a pleasant stay.

I stayed at the Casa Hotel Boutique El Triángulo for one night as part of a wedding celebration. The hotel was very nice, with one exception. The hotel allowed the wedding marquee to be disassembled during the night. The wedding celebrations finished at about 2AM and the noise taking the marquee down started about 5AM, result about 3 hours sleep, far from ideal. Breakfast was very good.

Realice una reserva en este hotel hace 20 días y el hotel tenía todas las habitaciones disponibles. A falta de diez días de mi llegada y cuatro para cobrar el importe del alojamiento me envían un mail en el que cancelan mi reserva por sobre ocupación debido a un error. Después me entero que el hotel ha sido reservado completamente para un evento motivo por el cual cancelan mi habitación. Me parece muy poco profesional y ético esta forma de actuar porque uno no puede fiarse de este alojamiento aunque tenga una reserva confirmada.
