A lovely one night stay ahead of travelling to Chile. The most amazing staff that I have ever experienced, I left my iPad behind in my room and the receptionist got in his car to bring it down to the bus station for me before I had even realised that it was missing. A truly kind act going over and above that I have not since forgotten as well as being generally helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you!

This is a lovely little hotel, a block from all the shops and restaurants off the main street in El Calafate. Also, walking distance to shuttle that goes to the Glaciarium Patagonian Ice Museum (don't miss this!). The rooms are small but comfortable and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful but our favorite part was the terrific restaurant (Kau Kaleshen), attached to the hotel. We chose to eat there all 3 nights.

Stayed here over Christmas. Loved the area and the glaciers. The hotel was comfortable and staff was awesome!! It is a small family run hotel and is very centrally located and serviced by most tour companies. They offer laundry services at a reasonable cost and are able to store food for you in their refrigerator, should you need to do so. Breakfast at the hotel was included!

We were very well looked after from our arrival to our departure. The rooms are cozy, well heated. There is no refrigerator in the rooms, but there is a refrigerator in the common area that meets our needs. One caveat, the breakfast has little variety. The breakfast attendant was rude on more than one occasion. But just one small detail, overall we were very satisfied.

Friendliness, cleanliness and location a 10! The breakfast is very rich, the rooms are spacious and clean. The guys at reception guide you in everything. The hotel restaurant has very good dishes and desserts. Location 150 meters from the main avenue.

Nice hotel with a nice courtyard. The people at the front desk were very friendly and knowledgeable on activities to do in the area. Room was very nice overlooking the courtyard. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Shower had really nice hot water and was really refreshing. Wi-Fi is good at best and at times not so responsive and may be a regional issue. I thought breakfast was plentiful and. excellent: strong coffee, delicious cereal, fresh fruits, orange juice, baked items, and some delicious cheese.

Excelente atención, buena ubicación, la habitación cómoda, con muy buena calefacción, el baño amplio. Tienen una heladera en la sala donde podes guardar lo que necesites. Buena señal de wifi. Esta a una cuadra de la avenida principal. Súper recomendable!!
