L’accueil du 1 er jour était super. Ils n’ont pas fait le ménage dans la chambre après la 1 ère nuit. Le petit déjeuner était pas trop bon. Internet ne fonctionne pas correctement.

Una atención y trato muy amable de todas las personas del hotel servicio, recepción y el comedor.Buena disponibilidad para disfrutar en todo el hotel , muy cómodo , limpio y ordenado llamo la atencion un parking de estacionamiento muy amplio y me encanto la ubicación ya que era estratégico a dos cuadras del centro. Voy a volver........ es imperdible conocerlo!!!!

Very unclean hotel dirty bathroom and floors and walls. Staff tried to charge me with a foreign visa and passport the 21% VAT so I had to pay in cash which was a hassle taking that out from the bank. Breakfast included was good and staff were friendly

El hotel está bien, acorde a la categoría y precio. Pero creo que podrían mejorar bastante sin mucha inversión. Hay detalles de mantenimiento que podrían mejorar. El desayuno normal, solo agregaría queso crema. La cama cómoda, sábanas ok. Limpieza de baño correcta. El personal muy cordial. En la habitación en una esquina había tela de araña. En mi piso no había matafuego y en el baño había una tapa de luz al descubierto.

Nos hospedamos en pareja. Habitación 213. Aterrados por los comentarios leídos acá. Naaaah, El hotel nos pareció buenísimo! Limpio, todos muy amables, bien el desayuno y la cena. Buenisima la onda de todos! Vayan tranquilos. Queda cerca del centro. Volvería sin dudar. Saludos para todos.

El hotel está cerca del centro ,tiene buen wifi ,el personal es cordial ...ahora la comida deja mucho que desear ,el desayuno básico y la cena muy mala!! De entrada nos dieron sopa lavada dos días seguidos , de plato principal nos dieron pastel de papa (aceptable) luego pizza ( 4 cuadrados por persona) ,ante último día fideos con carne picada arriba (aceptable no era salsa bolognesa ,solo picada arriba ,los fideos estaban blancos) último día ...polenta con la misma carne picada blanca arriba , nos levantamos y nos fuimos .No nos dieron un solo pedazo de carne o pollo en toda la semana .

Excelentes habitaciones. Muy buena ubicación, a Sólo unas 5 cuadras del centro, por la misma avenida. Buen wiffi. Para tener en cuenta. Es "aleatorio" que se pueda tener televisor o no. (Jamás lo dicen al contratar) Y si reclamas la señorita q se encuentra en recepción por la tarde ( que dice ser la encargada) tiene muy mal trato.El desayuno menos q básico. Tostadas (pan blanco, a veces se notaba viejo!) Siempre la misma torta marmolada (a veces seca) . No tienen ni siquiera queso crema. Sólo manteca, dulce de leche o mermelada. Sin frutas,sin fiambre. Jamás contraten con media pensión. Pésimo servicio. Una noche ofrecieron polenta de plato principal. 3 días seguidos utilizaron carne picada. Y la noche de "pizza libre" con suerte te dieron 4 porciones finitas. Lo mejor del hotel, contratar el servicio de masajes. La señorita que los realiza una genia total. Muy buen profesional
