Located just outside of town overlooking the bay, a great spot. Accommodation with lake views very good and bar,service and food excellent. Best bit is the pool with outdoor section. Easy 30 min walk to town but shuttle great option. Definite stay again.

I traveled with my family and we had a very nice experience. Hotel room is very spacious and has a pretty nice view. There is a free shuttle to the center of el Calafate. The dinner at the hotel restaurant is amazing, especialy steaks. Breakfast is very bad, that is the only reason why I rated hotel 4/5. There are not enough options for a five star hotel. Also, prices at the bar are pretty high.

Muy bonito hotel en calafate. Excelente servicio de todos los que atiende y estan dispuestos siempre a ayudar. Fuimos por un cumpleaños y nos pusieron un letrero y chocolates en el cuarto de bienvenida. El.piso es calefaccionado. Recomemdaria bajar un poco la temperatura.

Cet hôtel ressemble à un hôtel de stations de sport d’hiver dans les Alpes. Il dispose de toutes les commodités et le personnel est très avenant mais l’établissement n’a aucun charme. Le bar n’a pas d’âme malgré ses plats qui sont bons. La salle de petit déjeuner est digne d’une cantine et le choix est court pour les européens. Pas de yaourt nature par exemple. La piscine est belle malgré le bruit qui y règne. Les chambres supérieures sont spacieuses et bien aménagées.

Muy buena elección para pasar unos días en calafate. Hotel agradable, trato profesional y muy amable. La cafetería genial para tomar alguna cosa fuera de horario. Dispone de un spa la mar de bien y una piscina climatizada que es un lujo con vistas a la costanera y lago argentino. El servicio de transfer al centro muy bueno. Por poner un punto de mejora, ampliaría más el bufet de desayuno. Por lo demás todo genial.
