The coffee is VERY WEAK!!! Just a fruit salad and no other fruit options. Cakes and sweet biscuits that are all industrialized and tasteless, bought cheaply in poor quality markets. Box cake. Always the same things that no one wanted to eat from previous days. Only two types of bread and tasteless. Lost and discouraged employees. Even before closing time, guests have to ask for anything to be replaced, including basic things like napkins and cutlery.
Friendly and attentive reception staff. In the bathrooms there is no shower or curtain, so it easily floods the entire bathroom. Dirt put under the beds. Hairdryer didn't work.

As camas são confortáveis e a calefaçao dos quartos não nos deixa passar frio. O banheiro é bastante espaçoso, possui secador de cabelos. Os armários para organizar as roupas são espaçosos, aliás, espaço não falta. O hotel tem restaurante e oferecem serviço no quarto. O café da manhã é ótimo, simples, com boas opções e atendeu bem. A vista para o lago argentino é incrível por si. Adorei a estadia e recomendo. Vale alertar que o hotel não fica no centro ou núcleo da cidade. Está distante dos restaurantes, supermercados e farmácias, mas de táxi o trajeto leva de 5 a no máximo 10 minutos. Não tem/não consegui usar Uber ou Cabify na cidade. O serviço de táxi atendeu bem.

The worse choice possible! They charged a quantity before my stay and simply was not considered to calculate the total value for my stay, I saw and talk to attendant and she delayed paying the bill until he spoke to the reservations department, who had actually made another serious error that he never acknowledged! The wi-fi simply do not work. To conclude the irritating and outrageous oddities of this place, although breakfast is included, it is terrible, bread seems old, few options and if you want, for example, eggs you have to pay an additional amount!!!! Atendimento excelente tanto na recepção quanto no bar. Quarto limpo e confortável. Local com vista linda. Não possui frigobar. Deveriam se adequar. Mas não diminui a boa experiência que tivemos no local.

Habitación espaciosa con un baño también grande y todas con un ventanal con vista al lago. Hermoso. Colchón, almhoada y sábanas muy buenas. Calefacción perfecta. Limpieza de 10. El personal todo muy muy atento y predispuesto. Especial mención de Rodrigo que nos atendió telefonicamente para la reserva. Nunca cenamos en el hotel, pero tienen buena carta. Lo que sí, todas las noches tomamos algún trago que nos preparó el responsable del comedor, que no recuerdo el nombre, pero que nos atendió de manera espectacular. Desayuno muy completo. Especial mención para los scons de queso que hacen en la cocina del hotel como todo el resto de la pastelería. El hotel no está en el centro, pero tampoco tan alejado. Nosotros alquilamos auto y no tuvimos ningún inconveniente en ir rápida y fácilmente para todos lados. Muy buena experiencia que recomiendo.

Fuimos al hotel las Dunas en Calafate al llegar quisimos cambiar de habitacion dado que desde la agencia de viajes no lo pudimos hacer, en 5' Julieta la encargada que nos recibió tan agradable y amable nos solucionó el inconveniente y nos cambiaron de habitación, al ser celíaca llevo una dieta libre de gluten que fue perfecta, desde el desayuno y algunas cenas fuimos atendidos por Nicolás, muy profesional y atento a nuestros requerimiento. En la recepción también conversamos con Rodrigo y Dylan, que nos aconsejaban o reservaban excursiones todos super amables y atentos Recomiendo el hotel, por sus instalaciones muy buenas y la atención humana sobretodo. Sin duda volveríamos.

Where do we start? The views from every room are spectacular, the food, breakfast and dinner are all amazing, but the most amazing part about Las Dunas is the staff. We felt like family for the time we stayed at the hotel. Nicolás and the whole team were amazing, they helped in every way to make our trip to El Calafate the highlight of our entire South American adventure. Highly, highly recommend.
