So helpful upon check-in, warm and friendly staff. I was greeted with a small bouquet of spring flowers. Room was large and beautiful. Dinner was tasty and the wines were good! The place was so peaceful. Thank you! breakfast was the best in Argentina!

El lugar es muy bonito, cerca de centro pero apartado del transitory y del bullicio. Habitaciones muy espaciosas y acogedoras. El desayuno espectacular, proctor de muy buena calidad y variedad. La chef una genial! Felicitaciones por combina4 lo autoctono con platos elaborados. Todo muy recomendable

The hotel is quite good, very comfortable bed and bedroom, very clean, hot bathtub, friendly staff and an amazing breakfast. I def recommend this hotel to stay in El Calafate. The only negative was the hotel's restaurant. The food was terrible, tasteless and expensive. I ordered a fish for dinner, and it came with lots of bones and no salt.

This is a very nice place to stay when in El Calafate. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to town, very doable, but away from the hubbub of the town center. Dinner here were quite good, breakfast was fine. Nice family feel. Scenic grounds. Worth a stay.

Loved the park like setting and the proximity to town- 10 minute walk along sidewalks. Room was large with a lovely view to green space. Breakfast was very tasty and filling with lots of hot and cold options and fresh pastries, juices , including Kombucha. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We were in and out of El Calafate on our tour and stayed 1 night, 2 nights with the tour group and 1 night on our own. We were very pleased and would come back again

The rating is an average between the excellent service and the room. The staff is friendly and helpful. Well-stocked breakfast and excellent dinner. On the other hand, the standard room seemed smaller than the advertised one and the bathroom was obsolete, so much so that it was impossible to take a shower without flooding it. I don't dispute the beautiful historic location, but the room was not at the level of other 4 star hotels visited in Argentina.

I love this hotel, we went in September '99 and returned this January. It is a dream, the hotel has not lost its charm despite the years. The only thing to note: the bathrooms in the rooms were left in time. The rest was impeccable: the service, the breakfast, the bar, the yoga teacher.

Excellent stay because of their helpful staff and food at the hotel! Close to town and just a beautiful location. The staff at the hotel was super helpful and the breakfast provided was excellent with many options every day. The restaurant has many great food and wine options too and the food was very tasty. Rooms were very comfortable and nice.

The hotel has something of an American-style ranch. The rooms are spacious and clean, with good beds, but everything is dated. It looks like little has been done since the late 1980s. The breakfast is very good with a lot of choice. That wouldn't look out of place in a luxury hotel. The restaurant is really old-fashioned with strange low chairs with stains. That is also in need of major renovation.
