The hotel is close to the main street of El Calafate. You have to go down some stairs, but it's not tiring, just take your time. Buena atención, muy amables. Bien ubicado. Camas muy cómodas y muy limpio. Desayuno correcto pero básico. Un punto aparte para el restoran "Pampa" que funciona en el hotel: excelente. Volvería y lo recomiendo para estadías en El Calafate.

The hotel was far from the center and to get to the center of town you had to go up a long staircase corresponding to about eight floors and then walk a long way. The room was poorly furnished with old and damaged furniture. There was no electrical outlet near the bed. The door of the room (on the ground floor) did not close properly, the tourists made a lot of noise until late and no one said anything to them. The carpet was filthy.
