Family-run hotel with a modern design, the rooms are well furnished as are the bathrooms. The problem lies in the dirt. We were informed that cleaning takes place every two days, and that's okay, but the sheets found stained upon our arrival were not replaced with the cleaning of the room but only the bed was made. Dust everywhere, even on the bedside tables, residues of disposable soap samples in the shower dating back to the previous guest, shower head with prehistoric limestone residues, minibar (which doesn't cool) with a sort of mold/liquid inside that has been around for who knows how long time was there. A real shame also because the hotel has a good location, strategic for reaching various destinations on the island. Given the hygienic conditions, unfortunately I can't help but advise against the stay.

After entering the hotel, it makes a very nice impression, the common areas look nice. The rooms are much worse, especially the bathroom. Breakfasts are ok. A large selection of various products, unfortunately the coffee from the coffee machine is not very good. A big advantage is the very close distance to the beach.

Let me put it this way. You would be better off committing a crime, getting arrested and spending night in jail being bummed by some large dude than spending a night at this hellhole. Who needs this amount of bleach to clean the room? What happened here before I got in? Shower had no cold water so either you dont shower or shower by slowly cooking under 10000 degree water. Staying on 3rd floor doeant mean you dont hear people talking and having a good time in the bar on ground floor. Room window doesn't close so its constantly 10 degrees in your room at night. And you hear everything happening in the street below. Want a remote control for your tv? That's €10. And breakfast is a fee slices of salami, bread and some unknown cereal.

Friendly reception, reception and housekeeping very prevalent! Rooms are like on the hotel pictures, simply kept but clean and properly air conditioning works well! Coffee machine with delicious coffee/ espresso in the lobby! A 3-minute walk from the beach, next ”Spar Shop” after 1 minute available free sunscreens for the beach visit to rent in the lobby!!! Genial!!! Super Central and night's no party noise Total Super price - performance for a simple, beautiful beach and party holiday! Come back!

The Front Desk Staff was Amazing and very friendly. It’s an Awesome Hotel with 3 Pools and gated access right to the front ***** and beach. The Staff at Breakfast and Dinner was on top form and so very friendly and got to know us all. Thank you to all staff for making the stay Amazing and coupled with a Brilliant Hotel, it could not have been better 5 Stars. A Massive Thanks to everyone at Dunas Blancas and we will be back soon.

Everything about the hotel was good unfortunatley they were in the orocess of renewing the main path in and for the first few days we had to walk over piles of sand and rubble which we hadnt been informed of i have had a stroke so that was a challehge,but that aside the staff were friendly and pleasant ,the hotel was very clean and comfortable ,really big rooms ,2 tvs ,area was great all in all a nice holiday

We would have wanted a common room for our family but found out only at hotel it was not possible (although had understand other from emails). Staff was super nice trying to solve things. Pool was salted which we did not prefer and we found a cockroach in the room which was unpleasant. Halloween program was really nice and there was a nice kids activities on that day. Otherwise not too much to do in hotel itself with kids, with adult relaxation it would suit better. It was nice that in the evening not loud music and we could sleep. Gym was really good with weights and bar to lift. Staff was really nice.

Excellent hotel with excelent service. The hotel is really nice with very friendly stuff also very calmingathmosphere. The music is great duringthe day, they created a good tastenof zen mood. Also small guesturs likeeveryday leaving water , chocolates in the room. Spa is great and every detail is thought o relqx. For kids they leave special package in the room also onXmas day they left a present in the room personalized and we said this is above expectations. it made our daughter very happy. also during nights live music is great. all in all, it is way better service than a lot offive stars we have been with those extra mile guestures.
