The hotel is simply amazing. With wonderful service, the rooms was large,clean and comfortable with direct view to the lagoon. the staff there were respectful, kind and eager to help with my requests, the meals there were delicious. In summary my stay there was amazing and i cant wait for my next stay at the hotel.

La chambre était splendide. A l accueil ils ont ete vraiment adorable et nous ont fourni le lit de bébé ainsi que la baignoire bébé. On pouvait commander la soupe au restaurant. La piscine était magnifique. Vraiment nous avons passé un super sejour

Nous avons séjourné au herods boutique Et nous nous languissons d y tepasser nos prochaines vacances a Eilat. Le petit déjeuner etait delicieux , le menage quotidien parfait et surtout la gentillesse de tout le personnel chapeauté par la directrice omniprésente dans l hotel. Merci pour tout

Good stay other than few issues sunbeds are open from 8:30-18:00 2 hours after sunrise and 2 hours before sunset. It means before or after this hours you'll have to lay on the rocky ground. Hotel is old Staff is very nice. food ok. Great location. The hotel costs premium price so you expect premium service and accommodation

The stay was perfect. We went there to relax with my husband and everything was perfect. The food was excellent, the staff super professional, and the premises magnificent! We slept next to the Herods boutique which was very intimate, there were no crowds even though the hotel was full. Access to the lounge is worth the detour, enough to keep you satisfied and quench your thirst all day until 6:30 p.m.! A game changer for those little cravings! We will come back, and even longer this time! Thanks to the whole team !

A magical stay made even greater thanks to the staff who want you to have a great holiday, we stayed for shabbat in the boutique , the room was spacious and had a great view to our surprise we were left with some gifts waiting for us in the room (wine, popcorn, chocolat and a plate of fruite) which was really kind of them to do ,the food on friday night was superb, and the breakfast had everything you could think of . A special thank you to the manager and all the staff who treated us like family
