"Good 👍"
Courtyard Edmonton Downtown
"The staff were friendly and the check-in process was quick and convenient, but the parking fee of CAD 45 per day was unpleasant! Furthermore, valet parking was required, and there was a significant wait time to retrieve the car. The room felt small and the facilities were somewhat old, but thankfully it was clean. Distilled water was not provided, but it could be used for a fee. You also had to ask the staff for hot water. After staying two nights, the toilet wouldn't flush on the second night. It turned out that a broken part in the water tank had damaged the water tank, rendering it ineffective."
Holiday Inn CONFERENCE CTR EDMONTON SOUTH by IHG
"Worst hotel I’ve stayed at—in any of the ten countries I’ve been to. Basic things missing. Cold staff. Keycard failed three times in three days. Breakfast so stingy it wouldn’t feed a child. I’m 98 pounds, and still left hungry. Can you imagine? When I came back from a Snow world outside and I was still carrying a pile of luggage and found that my door could not be opened again. The room card has been degaussed. And it happened THREE TIMES!!!Who can feel my despair and desperate!? You didn’t just embarrass your hotel. You disgraced Edmonton, Alberta, Canada,North America, Latin America—and frankly, the entire Western world!!! In fact, if this place keeps operating like this, James Madison might’ve welcomed you into the Department of War of the U.S—because clearly, you’re capable of bringing down Canada without firing a single shot. And you know what? Even the Indigenous nations you oppressed might’ve built a more dignified and functional civilization than what I saw here. There is a photo to prove that this is the portion of your breakfast. Do you think there are so few children's meals?Don't you think it's ridiculous that I need to pay you extra if I want to eat more? I have traveled to about 10 countries, 5 continents, but this hotel is one of the worst hotels I have ever been!!! Giving you 0.5 stars isn’t the limit of my disappointment— it’s the limit of the platform’s rating system. If I could, I’d rate you in negative numbers. But even that feels too real for you. You deserve to be rated as a complex number. Actually, no—not even an irrational number would stoop low enough to describe you!"
Travelodge by Wyndham Edmonton South
"Everything was good, the hotel is simple and not fancy, but the room was clean and nice. There were only a few little things that weren't that great. One was the breakfast. It was a little more sparse than I thought it would be (no real protein except for refrigerated boiled eggs that weren't great, and everything else was pretty much just fruit, and other carbs). T.V remote didn't work, and there also wasn't any conditioner in the bathroom (but there was shampoo, body lotion, and two nice mini Dove soap bars). Overall the stay was worth the low cost, good for a budget hotel."
Four Points by Sheraton Edmonton South
"The hotel is not bad but the surrounding area is a bit remote, it is not convenient to eat or buy things."
Matrix Hotel
"Didn't get the room that we booked , but gave us a suite with complimentary breakfast . Rooms are nice but need a bit of simple maintenance ,bathroom door wouldn't close, toilet roll holder was loose on wall , small things . Overall a good stay though."
DoubleTree by Hilton West Edmonton
"Good value hotel"
Travelodge by Wyndham Edmonton West
"Breakfast room was small, limited seating, felt crowded. . I was unable to enjoy the hot tub as their was another guest in it for more 6 hours. It seems that some guests were residing at hotel. My room was cute."
Chateau Lacombe Hotel
"They only had one night stay hope to tell more next time. Breakfast was great and fast."
