Facilities: Older, Edmonton is already very cold in November, the indoor air conditioner can only be turned up to 26 degrees. When I entered the room, the indoor temperature was only 18 degrees. The air conditioner could not heat up all night. The most important thing is that the air conditioner vent is above the eaves and blows towards the door, and the air conditioner outside is below, blowing cold air out... The sound is deafening, like sitting on the wings of an airplane all night, the noise is really too loud
Service: The front desk service is okay, not warm nor cold. Because it was too cold, I asked for a quilt twice. The first time I was given a small blanket similar to a bed sheet (not a blanket, like the material of a pillowcase). I couldn't stand the cold and asked again, and I got a blanket again. The waiter said that they didn't have extra quilts...
The only thing I think is okay is that there is a hot breakfast

The location is average, there is no service, the breakfast is OK, free parking in front of the door. It is still a distance from the shopping mall and you have to drive there.
